  They broke my tire pressure monitor and left it inside the tire which threw off the balance at 60 mph had to go to another tire shop to figure out the problem. Rude customer service. I was out of town when the problem occurred. When I return to this shop the problem was resolved by manager.

  Terrible experience here. First, thing that ever happened to me here was when I got an oil change and at checkout they told me a completely different price than what I was originally expecting. They do a terrible job communicating their prices to you when you're checking in. Now, today, I showed up for a schedule appointment to have my car state inspection done. When, I came inside the gentleman told me that their guy who does inspections doesn't work Tuesdays, so they didn't have anyone to do the state inspection. This would be totally understandable if I didn't schedule an appointment and received three confirmations from them stating that everything is confirmed for the appointment. They had my contact info, so someone should have contacted me before I showed up for my appointment. It was waste of time, energy and gas. Communication needs to be better and the website needs to be updated. I'll never come to this location again.

  I was in town (Elizabeth City, NC) visiting family and needed my pickup looked at for a terrible metal-on-metal scraping noise. Turns out both front breaks were almost shot and needed replacing. Josh and his crew were able to see me same day, and he kept me informed and gave me an estimate for the needed work. The work was done same day, was fairly priced, and I really appreciated the honest and straightforward approach. You can’t go wrong with Choice if you value fair pricing, quick and effective service, and honesty and straight talk. 5 stars!

  Scheduled an appointment for 3pm to have my car inspected. Received verification email and text. Arrive around 2:40 and am told that they currently are in the middle of some work on another vehicle and they couldn't get to me for at least an hour if at all. Not a good first impression at all.

  First, I did not receive poor customer interaction. Everyone I encountered was very nice. I was there to have my car inspected. There was someone ahead of me and they seemed slow that day. It took almost TWO HOURS for my car to be inspected and I was the only person there for the majority of the time. I walked around to the bays to check to see if my car was still there! To add another layer to this experience, the waiting room A/c was broken and it was a balmy 86 degrees! I stood the entire two hours I was there outside to catch a breeze! I thought this would take 30 minutes max. I needed up having to take leave from work to get this done. No thanks!
