  Scheduled an appointment for 3pm to have my car inspected. Received verification email and text. Arrive around 2:40 and am told that they currently are in the middle of some work on another vehicle and they couldn't get to me for at least an hour if at all. Not a good first impression at all.

  Friendly, phone or text reminding customers of their appointment , they do their best at getting you in and out as soon as they can.

  Went in for a battery change. It took a good while for my car care to be completed but ultimately I left satisfied. The mechanic took his time to make sure everything was in order before I left the premises.

  First, I did not receive poor customer interaction. Everyone I encountered was very nice. I was there to have my car inspected. There was someone ahead of me and they seemed slow that day. It took almost TWO HOURS for my car to be inspected and I was the only person there for the majority of the time. I walked around to the bays to check to see if my car was still there! To add another layer to this experience, the waiting room A/c was broken and it was a balmy 86 degrees! I stood the entire two hours I was there outside to catch a breeze! I thought this would take 30 minutes max. I needed up having to take leave from work to get this done. No thanks!

  HORRIBLE experience. Booked an appointment for 8am to have my oil changed. Showed up at 7:45 and the employee came outside, locked the doors, and started messing with vehicles on a trailer. I figured maybe he was the only one here and didn't want anyone in the building while he finished up in the back. Sure, no problem. I waited on the parking lot. 8 o'clock hits and I go to try and open the front door and it's still locked. Keep in mind they open at 7:30.. a few minutes after 8, the employee grabs keys from a lock box, goes inside, and before I can get to the door, he comes back out and locks it again. Completely ignores me and looks the other way, jumps into a truck with a woman, sits there until 8:15, then drives off. Never says a word to me. I called customer support and they told me they had no idea what was going on and tried to call the store, no one answered (obviously). If they were closed or had to be away for something, communication on that would've been great. I just wasted my morning sitting out here.. DO NOT RECOMMEND! If this is how they treat their customers, imagine how they'd treat your vehicle!
