  I'm giving this a 5 Star Review for the Customer service I received from Victoria at your Elizabeth City location. After speaking to your AI service Bot I arrived on a Saturday to get an Inspection and was told you did not do Inspections on Saturday's! "That's not what your Bot told me" I told her. She apologized and then said let me see what I can do seeing as it's early and not busy. Needless to say, I got my Inspection thanks to your kind human Victoria. Please educate your Bot!

  The staff here were all extremely nice made me feel like family..They didn't attempt to get over by saying i need this or that,they seem very upfront and honest.. I usually buy and sell quite a few vehicles per year so they are my new go to shop

  Service was fast and they announced everything that they was doing and showed me everything that they was doing and I was able to sit in my car the entire time which was great thank you Strickland Brothers

  Wonderful experience. I felt like I was treated as a person not as someone to sell something too. The oil change was quick and they checked other parts of the car out of courtesy. Reasonable price and great experience with the people. Was met with a smile and a good attitude. They also offer a military discount. I highly recommend this place.
