  Mikiah Caro was exceptional with the customer service she provided. Very responsive and amazing follow through on questions. Made the whole experience very pleasant. Bryanna Crawford was also amazing. Great team!!! Will definitely recommend this location to friends.

  I’m retracting my positive review is sales consultant Ryan Spurrell. How pleasant he was before I drove the truck off the lot. He asked me to be sure to give him a good review because it would really help him. I did. Within a month, my brand new truck had to have brake pads replaced. I reached out to him requesting a meeting with him and the elderly manager. I’m assuming the elderly man was the manager because he is the one who finalized the sale. Upon arrival for the brake work to be done, I let the person at the service desk know I was supposed to meet with Mr. Spurrell and “the manager”. She said she’d go let him know. She came back and said Mr. Spurrell had stepped out. Needless to say, that meeting never happened. Here I go again, tomorrow, to have brake pads replaced again and this truck isn’t a year old until October. One window seal has been replaced and when the other was finally getting done, the tint was scratched. That’s being repaired while there for the brakes. The tailgate had to be repaired due to not opening. The service department has been courteous. This truck and the dealership have been a disappointment. I purchased my first truck there and had no problems. It was a 2011. Toyota, what happened to the quality of your product!!??!

  Lem was super helpful and very responsive communicating with us. He made the process very pleasant. Cyrus was also very pleasant to work with and explained everything very well. I was very happy with my whole car buying process at Hall, I would even say it was the best experience I’ve ever had buying a car. The other staff there that wasn’t even working with us was also very friendly. I would recommend Lem and Hall Toyota to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Will definitely return in the future when the time comes.
