  Friendly salespeople, but incompetent service department and a total waste of time When buying the car, the sales team was very friendly and attentive. However, the post-sale experience has been awful. A month after purchasing my vehicle, the check engine light came on with codes P0301 and P0302. I contacted them and drove nearly an hour for a supposed inspection. It was a complete waste of time and gas. After driving all the way there and waiting in the lobby for almost 4 hours, their mechanics' conclusion was that there was "nothing wrong" with the car—completely ignoring the fact that I already had the scanned codes in hand. Their final, shameless answer was to tell me to take it to the manufacturer's dealership because they couldn't do anything about it, forcing me to drive all the way back home with the exact same issue. This really makes me question what kind of cars their mechanics actually know how to inspect or if they are even qualified at all. If you are planning on buying a non-Toyota vehicle here, think twice; it feels like their mechanics only know how to do basic oil changes. The initial customer service is great, but it’s a shame their technical support doesn't live up to what they promise their customers.

  I had a awesome experience. I dont like dealerships, but toyota respected my time and space when it came to getting a vehicle. We all know getting a car is a length procces but they worked diligently to get me out. In the end I was able to get a fantastic deal on a tundra (dream truck). Shot out to my sales rep keshera Cooper for being patient and understanding of my priorities and thanks to the entire team for the excellent experience.

  Got to be the best car buying experience I have ever had. Quick, helpful response on every level from management, business and sales. Kristin even offered to deliver the vehicle after hours, and Cyrus delivered an outstanding and easy business transaction.

  I came in today to look at a 4Runner after speaking with Mikiah on the phone! She advised they did have it stock and would have it ready for me to come look! Little did I know they would be delivering it to my house on the Outer Banks this evening. From first speaking with Mikiah on the phone, to sitting down with her to discuss all of the ins and outs of the buying process was seamless! She is so knowledgeable, an easy to work with! I highly recommend Mikiah and the staff at Hall Toyota of Elizabeth City! Corey and Mikiah were the dynamic duo delivered who delivered the car to us! Cyrus had all the paperwork ready to go in the business office to make it a smooth transaction!
