  Keekee was super easy to work with. Our entire experience was very smooth. They found exactly what we wanted and delivered earlier than promised. We will definitely be purchasing our next car from this dealership. Cyrus in finance was super personable and a pleasure to work with! Easiest major purchase ever!!

  We had the most helpful and positive experience with our Salesperson Ms. Inaiyah Britt. She was very patient with us as we sorted through the many options of vehicles available.   We drove all the way from Maryland to get my loves dream car. After she lost her beloved Camry in a horrible tragedy from a wrong lane driver, it was my mission to secure her dream car. Achieving this goal became nearly impossible because of the rarity of this vehicle, especially the interior! That's where this dealership and it's amazing team came in. From start to finish Sydney the Sales Manager communicated everything clearly. She didn't have to be prompted to check in and I never had to feel like I annoyed her. She would respond and answer all questions, working with my disability and being extremely patient with me. She went above and beyond to make sure the entire process was as easy as possible. From ordering, frieght, keeping an eye on the Crown as it traveled overseas and finally made port. She was there for it all! Even organizing a surprise for my love upon our arrival. When we showed up Sydney then gave us over to AD (Adriel) Sales person and reassured us we were in good hands. I could tell right away that the customer service was matched. She was also just as patient and compassionate. She made sure my love understood all the features her new Crown had to offer. Going above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and nothing was amiss. She listened to me ramble on and was extremely patient and professional with my disabilities. I felt comfortable and confident when going over all the paperwork. Finally we got handed over to Ramon the Finance manager. He matched all the energy and proved why this dealership is the only one I will ever go back to if possible for future vehicle needs! He was also extremely compassionate and sympathetic to our situation. He made sure all the paperwork was signed appropriately and he was fast and efficient in his work. He even double checked all the paperwork and made sure nothing was missed or incorrect. He was extremely knowledgeable about the offered warranties and extra products that all benefited the Crown and my love. Ensuring our investment would last for years! This entire team and dealership was professional, friendly, compassionate, sympathetic and overall worth more than 5 stars. The minute you walk through those doors they actually do treat you like family. The vehicles are all clean, inspected, and brought out to you. You can test drive, you can ask questions, you can have confidence you are getting the best deal and working with professionals with a positive attitude.
