When showing up 1/2 hour early, the associates quickly went to work checking my vehicle in. My car was in and out in little time and questions were answered. Thank you members of both the service and parts department!

Horrible and stressful experience. Only positive feedback I have is that they were able to get me to 0% APR as well as some other discounts. But what followed made me buying my first car an absolute nightmare with several holdups. First off, the Hyundai dealership lacks in communication skills. You have to constantly call them to get any answers about anything. My salesman Walter didn't know anything about the EV I was buying. I had to look up my questions about it online while there. If your dealership has EV vehicles on their lot it should be required for your sales personnel to learn about them. After purchasing the vehicle it wouldn't charge. The day after they delivered it to me it had to be being towed back to them. It sat in their service department with no solution for a month. I was told it was "probably user error" I was also given an aftermarket adapter. They say it charged fine on their chargers but i get it back and test it, same issue. No one explained the difference to me in different types of charging stations, which WAS one part of why I was having difficulty charging, but even when I found a compatible charging station (Tesla Supercharger) the vehicle would only charge 1% then shut off. Then it was brought to a different hyundai dealership and they inform me within a week it's a software update that needs to be installed. They installed it and fixed the problem. During this whole process of trying to figure out this issue it took multiple days of leaving messages with other people to have the GM David give me a call to discuss the possibility of a buyback. He never got back to me after our initial call where I explained what was going on. I had to file a claim with BBB Autoline. After getting my vehicle back, I was finally able to pay my vehicle property taxes (out of state) and send my salesperson my tax receipt. I had 2 weeks left on my temporary tag and was told they would handle the registration and my plate would be mailed to me. I call two weeks later. My tag is going to expire in 2 days and I've heard no word about my plate being mailed to me Walter either didn't route it up to the correct person or forgot to entirely Michael Giambartolomei was very helpful and quick about getting me a response and getting me the document I needed to go to the DMV myself and get my plate there. He had a answer within three hours versus the month long run around the sales department gave me with all the other problems I was having. I commend Khaliyah in the service department for all her help with the charging issues. She was always available, quick to respond, and helped me troubleshoot over the phone on what the issue could be. I will not be using them as my primary dealership for service or any vehicle needs. I've been dealing with this since April and now I just want to forget Hall Hyundai all together

I walked in with negative equity and this dealership did everything they could to help me. I went to other dealerships for quotes and as soon as they heard negative equity they didn't want to help me. Hall hyundai was great from the salesman Mike to Kevin the sales manager. They got me in the car I wanted. Both my wife and daughter bought hyundai from here. We will be buying from here in the future. The best advice i can give buy the gap insurance.
