  I had a wonderful experience working with TJ. The entire process was smooth, transparent, and easy from beginning to end.   My experience at Hall Ford Elizabeth City was incredibly smooth, welcoming, and professional from start to finish. Our sales associate, TJ, was absolutely extraordinary! He was knowledgeable, patient, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable throughout the entire process. There was never any pressure, and he made what can sometimes be a stressful experience feel easy and enjoyable. The level of customer service we received was outstanding. I honestly wish I could give 20 stars! I highly recommend Hall Ford, and especially TJ, to anyone looking for an exceptional car-buying experience. We couldn’t be happier!

  Trish Young at Hall Ford went above and beyond to help us with our F-150 after we broke down while on vacation. It was a difficult situation with a tight timeline, but Trish provided efficient and effective service throughout the entire repair. Our truck needed a specific part that was not in stock. Trish tracked down the required parts, had them shipped in, and worked to move up the repair timeline to accommodate our situation. This was huge for us, as we needed our truck to move from our vacation home and had no backup vehicle. To top it off, Trish even met us halfway to return the truck to us. Her dedication and willingness to go the extra mile made a stressful situation so much easier. Thank you, Trish, for your exceptional service and personal attention. And thank you, Hall Ford, for having such a committed and customer-focused team!

  Bought a new Explorer ST on 7/27/26. Part of the deal we had was to have leather seats installed.The dealership uses an outside contractor to do this so I called the contractor & was told someone from Hall called on Tuesday. 7/28 & asked for a price to do the work. We left messages with Hall daily for a week asking when this work could be scheduled. We were finally contacted by our salesman regarding this & told to have the car @ the dealership for them to transport the car on 8/15/26. We were able to finally pick up the car on 8/20. Throughout all of our dealings with the Hall Ford sales team communication was poor. In the future when purchasing any new vehicles we will not be using any Hall auto dealership.

  Came in looking for a rather specific used F150. Hall Ford Elizabeth City had a truck brought down from another store for me to see in a short amount of time after the request. After the test drive I had a few questions, and they took care of everything making me feel confident in my purchase. The sales team were great to deal with, and the whole process couldn’t have went smoother. No doubt I’ll be going back to them again for another vehicle.
