  Tyler, the service technician was wonderful. He treated me like family and at a time and place. This is the kind of person this world needs. The service was smooth and fast. Couldn't ask for a better oil change place than this because of him.

  This was my first visit to Express Oil Change. Google brought their name up first, so I decided to give them a try. Looking on their website, there was even a $30 off coupon. When I pulled in, I was greeted nicely and was asked what service I was looking to get. I only needed an oil change today, and showed the Technician, Tyler, my emailed coupon. Tyler then looked up my vehicle and left me know what the before coupon price was, and was it satisfactory, as it's an 8 quart system. I gave the affirmative and work began. Tyler up top and an unknown voice from the Pit below were calling numbers back and forth. What great teamwork they had! During my visit they also checked and filled my wiper fluid and more things than I know below. When all was said and done, Tyler thanked me for coming in, reset my oil life monitor, shook my hand and sent me on my way. I can definitely see coming back on my next oil change reminder.

  10/10 definitely recommend for all services. I got my oil changed and it was a great price, very quick and just an overall great experience. Every young man there was kind and knowledgeable. Shout out to Pete for being kind upon arrival, Tyler, Cameron, Freddy ( I think is the assistant manager) and Kole. Sorry if I forgot anyone else’s name, I didn’t pay attention to every name tag lol. HOWEVER !!!!!! The manager HERSELF ( NOT kind at all). The manager at this location is a woman . . .upon arrival I didn’t know where to park or how this worked per se and I asked her do you work here or are you the manager. Her response was “ yeah why” that is nothing you say to a first time customer nor at all when having the title of a “ “ manager. I too work in a professional setting and I would never say to a customer/NOR patient yeah why. That right there , I should’ve pulled off and left with no services complete, BUT the workers are phenomenal hardworking men that are helpful. Hope whoever goes there talks to a worker, I’m saving you the trouble not to ask for the manager.
