  says they take contactless payments, do they? NOPE says they take apple pay, do they? NOPE says they take cash, do they? NOPE okay well here’s my actual card (cashapp), do they take that? NOPE NOPE NOPE everytime i come here there is a problem I can never just get the rental and be on my way staff is pretty chill tho

  Have an insurance claim paying for a truck, which I’m assuming doesn’t pay as much as private. I am being told they don’t have a truck even though online shows 2 options available that I can book for pickup right now, and after calling store they said don’t trust online and all they can do for me is tell me to call around and find out who has one myself.

  I have rented from this location more than once. Every time I was treated like family, Sarah was wonderful and the whole crew treated me with kindness and respect. I will definitely be coming back thank you for making experience wonderful. I rented a wonderful Camry from you and it was very comfortable for me and my husband for our trip to Florida for my family reunion. The whole crew made the reunion a lot more memorable knowing that having a great car and knowing you and the company had me covered no matter what. Thank you again for all of your help. We will be back.

  Poor customer service. We made a reservation online and they didn’t have a car available for 5 days. They made zero effort to try to get a car from another location. Very frustrating that Enterprise allows you to reserve a car that isn’t available. Then the local enterprise offered zero solutions. I tired the online help as suggested and no resolution there either.

  We searched for the closest rental car place to our campsite, and Enterprise came up. I preordered the car. Jessica was extremely helpful as we picked up the vehicle. She helped us problem solve when we didn’t come prepared with all of our insurance info. Thank you, Jessica, for your kindness and patience! At the end of our week, we returned the car. Norma helped us, and she was very kind and patient! She completed the return process very quickly! She even took the time to answer a question about a future rental possibility. Thank you, Norma, for going above and beyond what was expected! Both ladies were very professional, helpful, and very good-natured. Thank you!
