  I have a 2013 Ford Fiesta. Happy, Happy, Happy doesn’t quite say it. From the service manager who took his time to talk with me many times on the phone and in person about all of my concerns, for scheduling my appointments, and the wonderful lady in the parts department who ordered the parts I needed. I cannot thank you enough. I am ecstatic to have found a reliable place to take my car and my husband’s truck. They fixed all the problems with my car and they put their best mechanic on the job and in two days time, I got my car back in top form. I cannot thank you enough for keeping my car safe on the road. I am so grateful. 5 stars won’t do, it’s more like 10. Very, very happy customer. ❤️

  This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle. Since March, we have been searching in multiple car markets looking for an F250. If you’re reading this review, you understand what Ford offers so we will skip the semantics. On to my experience. I was getting frustrated with the ole run around with dealerships. Same same “come in and we can discuss vehicle price” with no direct answers. Unusual markups and just generic responses when inquiring internet price vs. the add on markups. Just frustrating. After many attempts with other dealers, a family friend told me to contact Tri-City Ford in Eden NC. From the first minute Kevin Coates called to the final handshake, they were super accommodating and attentive. Not pushy, understood their product, and reached out to other dealerships to find the exact vehicle I was looking for. Now the surprising part……no surprises. What I seen is what I paid. Maybe even a few dollars less. Explained all fees upfront ( which were already expected and minimal) and took the time to make sure I was happy with my future purchase. I cant speak highly enough of these guys and making this an easy experience for me and my family. I truly wish all dealerships took the pride and customer care that they showed me today. I will happily only buy ford from here on and happily do business exclusively through Tri-City Ford. Do yourself a favor and give them a call. Takes all the stress out of a large purchase.

  I had an excellent experience with this dealership for a long distance purchase on a used car. Keith and his team were very pleasant to work with, timely and thorough. They have superb customer service. Highly recommend!

Kevin took the time to listen to what I was looking for and worked hard to help me find a vehicle that was both affordable and enjoyable to drive. He was knowledgeable, patient, and never made me feel pressured. He answered all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable with every step of the purchase.   Great, friendly, and fast devices
