    Bought the monthly. My windshield tint is too dark for the gate reader to see and the brushes have scratched my hook but car comes out really shiny otherwise. Lady attendant very courteous.

    I always vaccum before my car wash and this place has so much attitude. They would not let me do that. Plenty of car washes in town with better customer service. Skip this one. I am skipping all Zips cat washes coz the wash line is long and they don’t accommodate a vacuum first. Dumb customer service.

    Liz at the MLK location in Durham was AMAZING!! Service with a Smile that made ME Smile!! Keep up the Great work, Liz! ON THE CONTRARY...DO NOT...I REPEAT...DO NOT go to the Brier Creek location! OVERLY aggressive with NO concept of customer service!
