The good reviews are fake. This place is half time working properly. Some time you may get a good rinse sometimes it’s just water. Your car will be scratched. Membership not worth the price.

I saw a promotion and asked an attendant about it and decided to get a membership. The attendant Liz (Elizabeth) was AMAZING! You ever see someone do a job that is well-suited for their personality that they actually do well? This is Liz. Very personable, very informed about her job and the services offered and someone who I think needs to be in sales or something customer service related and I'll kindly ask some other folks to retire or find other jobs. It was an absolute pleasure interacting with her and when the manager was circulating near my car, he was equally as helpful and pleasant to interact with. I keep coming back to this business because to me they have been the most consistent. Stand outs to me are the fact that I ALWAYS see employees there. So many car washes are {easy} money makers and don't attendants even during the day or weekend hrs. Since there are always team members anytime I've had a question or a need, I have asked and always gotten taken care of whether it be towels or vacuums that aren't strong. Issues with weak vacuums are pervasive at car washes. Maybe newer carwashes experience that less but eventually with wear and tear and the crap that the public chooses to vacuum rather than just put in trash is truly embarrassing. For me I find a few that are strong enough for me and those are the spots I try to snag after every wash. Some things truly aren't that serious or difficult to solution. For me it's affordable and convenient next to one of the cheapest gas stations in Durham. I typically don't pay for the most expensive car washes... because it's a car.. But for the levels they offer I think it's worth my time and effort to drive here.
