  I always vaccum before my car wash and this place has so much attitude. They would not let me do that. Plenty of car washes in town with better customer service. Skip this one. I am skipping all Zips cat washes coz the wash line is long and they don’t accommodate a vacuum first. Dumb customer service.

  Liz at the MLK location in Durham was AMAZING!! Service with a Smile that made ME Smile!! Keep up the Great work, Liz! ON THE CONTRARY...DO NOT...I REPEAT...DO NOT go to the Brier Creek location! OVERLY aggressive with NO concept of customer service!

  Love this place. The people are always so happy and welcoming. The membership is the way to go.

  I decided to check this place out. The wash was nice and quick. Getting in was a little tricky as it was my first time. There are 2 lanes; one for members and the other for non members. I’m giving it 4 out of 5 because they do not accept cash, some of the vacuums were not working and most of the micro fiber towels had debris on them. I also didn’t like that they have pumps that just seem to have glass cleaner but is labeled as both glass and multi use cleaner.

  I always come to this location so I always feel good coming here. I loved Giovanni she was a good help making my baby (my truck) got a good wash!
