  Great experience all around. We agreed on a price before driving up from Charlotte and the visit went smoothly. Mario, Chris and Antwon were great to work with and helped solve a few things which made the process so much easier. They even helped me get a spray-in bed liner at a great deal from a local shop. Highly recommend.

  I have NOTHING but AMAZING things to say about the wonderful team at University Ford Durham! I am beyond grateful for Tracey, Riz, and Antwon and everything they did to make this experience such a positive one. They truly worked wonders for me and went above and beyond to make sure I was able to drive off the lot in my 2023 Ford Explorer! 🥹🙌🏽 After everything I’ve been through with losing my previous vehicle, being able to leave with a new Explorer meant more to me than they probably realize. Their kindness, patience, and willingness to help made the entire process feel so much easier. I truly can’t thank them enough for taking care of me and making this happen.   Had a very disappointing experience with the service center at this dealership. Came in with intermittent jerking when I accelerate and came out with a car with a dead battery an overheating transmission. I paid a $250 diagnostics fee and, after over 24 hours of asking what tests were run to determine what needed to be replaced, the most I got was "Yeah, we ran tests." Ford cars are great, but I will not go back to that service center again.

  Hands down the best dealership experience I’ve had in my life. Stopped in to look at one of their used cars and was greeted happily by Sebastien Gouin. He was polite, friendly, personable, and didn’t try any of the old salesman tactics. He didn’t waste my time during negotiations and eventually landed where we wanted to be without the guilt or pouting I’m so accustomed to. To sweeten the experience even more, Antwon Wactor the finance manager made what is usually a stressful part of the process pleasurable. He had a great sense of humor, explained everything clearly, and did t pressure us into any added packages.

  I had an outstanding experience working with Tracey at University Ford in Durham on the purchase of my 2025 Ford Bronco Sport with the Sasquatch Package. From start to finish, she made the entire process easy, smooth, and stress-free. Tracey’s communication was excellent. She kept me updated throughout the process, was always quick to respond, and made sure everything was taken care of. She was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and never made me feel pressured or rushed. I absolutely love my new Bronco Sport, and Tracey made the entire buying experience even better. It’s refreshing to work with someone who genuinely cares about their customers and follows through on everything they say.
