  Only great things to say about this place! Found a car online and came in and did most of my dealings with James Lee, who is a great sales rep. His manager, Chris was also super nice. Neither were high-pressure and both were very chill, easy to work with people. The truck itself is in great shape and they seem like trustworthy folks. Also, I was supposed to get two pairs of keys for the truck that I bought except one of the pairs had been forgotten at the dealer they transferred the truck from… Long story short, James went out of his way and above and beyond To bring the other pair of keys right to my house… That is awesome Service! Thank you, James and I appreciate all of you guys!

  We had an issue with the 12V battery on our Mach E, and the service team at University Ford Durham went above and beyond to help us get the car fixed promptly. From my first call to the service department to the time I picked up my car, it felt like customer service was a top priority at this dealership which I appreciated, especially after having a particularly negative experience previously at a much larger dealership in the area. Chris Overman was our service advisor and replied to my questions immediately and kept me on top of what was happening to my car, and when he was out the next day, Taria Budai took over and made sure that the excellent level of care continued. I will return to this dealership anytime I need anything for my Ford.

  I arrived to Chapel Hill with a car that had a check engine light on. I went to University Ford and met Daniel. He was great! When he told me I needed a new engine I was in despair, but Jonathan & Carlos made my car buying experience much less painful than I anticipated. I would recommend this dealership over and over again. I didn’t feel scammed, everything was very transparent, even when a en error was made. Thank you so much University Ford!

  Such friendly staff! They pulled a miracle with my poor credit and got me into a GREAT car at a GREAT price. They worked with my situation and were very honest and upfront about what I could/could not do, but still got me a deal that worked for my budget. I was there for about 2.5 hours and a good 45 minutes of that was me scrambling for insurance. They were patient and even helped with finding insurance right when a storm was set to hit. I truly appreciate everyone there and am only not saying names because I don't want to miss or forget anyone. But thank you all SO much for your kindness, professionalism, and patience. They did not feel predatory and were never pushy. Absolutely recommending to anyone who needs a car!!

  I had such a great experience purchasing my first vehicle for my small business. Going into the process, I honestly didn’t think it was possible for me to make this purchase yet, but Matt completely changed that experience for me. Although I wasn’t purchasing a fleet of vehicles, Matt made me feel like my business was just as important and deserving of his time and attention. What impressed me most was that he took a genuine interest in my business. He asked questions, took the time to understand what I do, and made sure I felt confident that the vehicle I was purchasing would meet my business needs. I never felt like “just another sale.” As a small-business owner, that level of service means a lot. Matt made this milestone feel possible and important, and I truly appreciated the professionalism, encouragement, respect, and personal attention he provided throughout the entire process.
