  Came in for a quick oil change and expressed some additional concerns for my car. Brad was very thorough, helpful, and kind when going over the details of serious repairs and what can be lower on the list. Even took the time to take photos to show me and explain what he saw! I appreciated the help I received from him and John! Definitely will be back for future services

  Over the years i have gone to speedees for tons of different things, from regular oil changes, breaks and rotors and warranty work. Over multiple locations as well. The staff at these locations are amazing. if your having warranty work done they will communicate with the company and get the parts that are the best for your vehicle. I recommend to all my friends and family to get anything they need to get done to get it done at speedees

  My experience from beginning to end was phenomenal! The customer service was amazing due to a friendly and courteous staff. This was my first visit and I was able to quickly register as a customer through a scanned bar code. The lobby was clean and you could observe the service bay from a monitor inside the lobby. My inspection was completed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this location.

  I was first referred to SpeeDee Oil Change & Auto Service in 2025 for an inspection on my 2014 Honda CR-V. During that visit, I was told I only needed a safety inspection. The customer service was excellent, and I was in and out within about 20 minutes. Fast forward to Friday, May 1, 2026, around 1:30 PM, I returned for another inspection. I was initially assisted by a white gentleman with a long beard. He was very friendly, professional, and helpful. He answered all my questions and directed me to pull my car into the first bay. My wait time was under 30 minutes. When it was time to check out, I was assisted by a Black gentleman who informed me that my total was $30 for the inspection. I had no issue with the price, but I did have a question. I politely asked if he could pull up my previous visit from last year. He initially said no, but after trying again, he was able to locate my information. I then asked why last year I only needed a safety inspection, but this year I was given an emissions test as well. My car passed, and I was not disputing the charge—I simply wanted to understand the difference. His response was brief and came across as dismissive. He stated that Alamance County requires emissions for my vehicle but did not offer any further explanation. His tone and demeanor made me feel as though I was being a bother for asking a reasonable question. I attempted to ask a follow-up question about whether emissions requirements change from year to year, but again, his response felt rushed and unhelpful. At that point, I paid my $30 and prepared to leave. As I was walking away, the friendly gentleman who initially assisted me stopped me and mentioned that I may need an oil change. I was open to it and began asking about pricing and recommendations for my vehicle, as I planned to return the next day. While we were having that conversation, the other gentleman abruptly placed a laminated pricing sheet in front of me without saying a word. This felt intrusive and unprofessional, especially since he was not part of the conversation. At that point, I decided not to return for the oil change. While I understand that everyone can have a difficult day, the behavior I experienced was not appropriate and did not reflect good customer service. I am giving this establishment 4 stars because my experience in 2025 was excellent, and my initial interaction during this recent visit was also very positive. Unfortunately, the checkout experience took away from an otherwise good visit. Please see both receipts attached.

  I can’t say enough good things about this company and the experience I had. From start to finish, the service felt truly premium and top tier. You can tell right away that this is a group of people who genuinely care about what they do and the people they serve. I especially want to call out Ashton. He went above and beyond in every way. He’s the kind of person who will go out of his way to help someone in need without hesitation. It’s rare to come across someone with that level of integrity and work ethic, and it made a lasting impression. What stood out most to me is how ethical and trustworthy this company is. They don’t just provide a service—they treat you like family and make sure you feel taken care of every step of the way. You always feel like they have your best interests at heart, which is something you don’t find often these days. If you’re looking for a company you can rely on, trust, and feel confident recommending to others, this is it. I’ll absolutely be using them again and telling everyone I know.
