Germaine arrived right at the beginning of my time frame which was fantastic because rain was forecast l. He was able to finish well before it rained and he didn't mind my 2 little ones watching from afar (it was towards the end so no glass being broken out). He offered to help me place my truck bed cover that was removed for service which I declined but appreciated. He vacuumed the majority and offered to climb under to get under my truck, I declined that as well I am particular how things are done so I wanted to just do it all my self but he did offer multiple time which was kind. Overall very satisfied.

Safelite Auto Glass replaced my windshield and they provided excellent customer service from start to finish. Their employees were professional, courteous, and very polite throughout the process. They worked with my schedule to coordinate a convenient service date, and the technician arrived as promised on a day that was agreeable to me. I truly appreciated their efficiency and professionalism.

I was extremely impressed with the service I received at Safelite. My windshield was replaced successfully and efficiently on my 2017 Subaru Outback. All of the representatives i spoke with and interacted with were kind and efficient. The work was completed in less time than expected. I would highly recommend Safelite for auto glass repair or replacement.

Unfortunately, every aspect of my experience was tragic. From the 2-hour wait from the START of my appointment time to when the work actually started, to the double-billing on my credit card after I told them they had already run it (still unresolved), to the parts left off my truck that the tech had to drive to my home to install. The people were all quite pleasant and polite, and I appreciate that. But that is overshadowed by something fundamentally wrong with the way this business is managed. I definitely will not use this business again.

Stay away from this place! This is a zero stars review. I came in for a windshield replacement on the 28 Feb 2026 for my Nissan 350 Z, but the technician broke driver side panel A molding for my vehicle. He had the audacity to call it "just a cosmetic bro". The manager who was not on site called me later and assured me that they will have this fixed when the replacement part comes in. Fast forward 21 Mar 2026, the part that was supposed to replace the broken one was the incorrect one according to the tech and could not perform the repairs. So he said that he will talk to the manager about it and so the appointment was cancelled. Now I called Safelite CS on the 08 Apr 2026 to see if there has been progress on the new part, but the CS representative could not reach the manager and assured me that an escalation email would be sent. It is 23 Apr 2026 at the time of this writing and I have not heard anything from CS or manager. Everyone stay away from this place, they do not respect you, your time, and your property! Stay away from Safelite in general as this is how they conduct business!
