  This location on Durham Cjapel Hill Blvd was easy to get to, clean, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. This is the first time I had to get a windshield replaced and Mondo made everything so much better for me. He’s communicative and explains everything in detail. I would come back again just because of him. Give Mondon a raise!

  This was my first time using any Safelite location. The rear windshield on my Nissan Rogue spontaneously shattered. The service was not the issue. My complaint is with the $40 recycling fee when there was nothing to recycle. My glass was completely shattered and cleaned out except for what was in the grooves. I know because we took the time ourselves to remove as much of it as possible without special tools. Once they started the process they had to stop and inform me they couldn't even clean out all the glass from the hatch grooves due to a peculiarity with my model. There was practically nothing to recycle because it's still in my hatch door. No way was it $40 worth. When I questioned it, I was told it was just "not included." That's a 10% markup picking my pocket with nothing in return. I swear everyone is nickel and dime-ing us at every turn.

  Store hours were listed until 5 pm. When I arrived at 415 to pick up my car the store was locked and the staff were leaving. An employee refused to help because she was “off the clock.” I was almost stranded at the shop without a ride. I am grateful to the technician who saw me and stayed to help. But still…

  Our windshield replacement was seamless using the association between allstate @ safelight. Scheduling the service was very easy. The technician, Isaac, arrived on time and did a great job. A very pleasant and courteous young man.

  Safelite is by far the easiest way to go for any window repair. My insurance company sent me to them. They have the industry on lock (in my strong opinion) when it comes to the ease of scheduling/rescheduling appointments, the pricing is much better than most other glass repair companies, (lower than my deductible!), payment options included, the check-in is easy, coffee available, nice clean lobby set up, and the appointment went by fast. I appreciate all the technicians, they work hard to get you in and out with ease, and of course my new window was beautiful. Thank You Safelite!
