  Came in close to closing time with a dinged up car after a collision. The manager Jim was super friendly and helpful and had a look at my car and gave me advice at no cost. Super super friendly, I have never experienced such unexpected kindness! Would recommend this place to anyone who wants honest advice and quick and friendly service.

  Greetings to whom ever it may concern. My last visit ro.Mr.Tire went very well. Upon my arrival, I was advised that because a personnel shortage, my oil change & tire rotation would take a long time. To my surprise, it didn't take long. The technician that was working, didn't stop until my truck was finished. Mr. Tire customer service has always been top notch. I can't remember a time when I've had a negative experience. Please keep up the good work!!!

  I had a terrible experience here. Originally, I brought my car in for an oil change. When I received the car back, my engine light was on and it was now making a horrible grinding noise. when I called them about it they said to bring it back in for them to look at it. When I brought it back, they then charged me a diagnostic fee and told me that the noise was nothing to worry about and since they reset my oil life, the engine light should be off now. The next morning, the light came back on so I dropped it back off with them again. This time, they were telling me my car was no longer safe to drive, that my ENTIRE break system needed to be replaced, and there was now a leak in my gas tank. At this point, I had my boyfriend step in to handle everything because I could tell that they were trying to take advantage of me since I was a ‘woman that knew nothing about cars’. Needless to say, the tune of things changed drastically when they began talking to a man and the price suddenly went from 2.5k to under 2 grand. We decided not to use their services and to take it to a mechanic friend, who confirmed that all that they told me was false and fixed my air conditioning, which was the real issue, for less than $250. To say that I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone would be a huge understatement. Please please please be cautious when taking your car here and always get a second opinion!
