  Let me say that the manager, Hannibal keep him.He provided the best customer service experience that I have ever had.His spirit is very devin, he really shows that he is high in his belief to help others with respect and integrity 👏. I wish that alot of people had that spirit. Thanks again for all you did for me,you will never be forgotten ❤️ 🙏.

  Quite the wait, inspite of a scheduled appointment. Unfortunately, the business is undergoing a few changes. Employees were very nice and work very hard to satisfy costumers. I will be back, as I have been a customer for some time now, and believe in allowing time for changes, when necessary. New management also, and respect the fact of bettering the progress of business and changes.

  Avoid this place if you have a choice. I’ve used this location multiple times for scheduled maintenance on my work vehicle. It’s a fleet vehicle and I don’t get to choose where to take it. Every time, I dropped the vehicle off and come back to pick it up later. Every time, I’ve had to call near the end of the day to check to see if it is ready to pick up. And every time, it has been ready for a while, but nobody bothered to call and let me know, and I’ve unnecessarily lost time at work. Same thing happened today; called to check on it, and was told it was done. I got here an hour after I called to pick it up, and it’s sitting in the garage with the hood up. I walked up to the counter, and the clerk sitting behind the desk asked me which vehicle I was picking up. I pointed to mine, he said “oh yeah.” No further response. I mentioned that I was told when I called that it was ready, he took a bite of whatever he was snacking on, and with a mouth full of food he said “Oh yeah, the head light he put in it didn’t work. He had one in the back but it didn’t work so I had to order one.” No apology for not calling to tell me it was ready in the first place. No apology for not calling me back and let me know that it wasn’t actually ready yet. Just nonchalantly cramming food in his face. These are like the most basic points of customer service that are consistently missed here.
