  Very unprofessional service. I had two tires replaced here, and the technician forgot to reinstall one of the hub-centric rings. I didn't discover the issue until my next maintenance appointment. This is not a minor mistake—it is a serious safety issue that could have affected the wheel's proper fitment. I had to purchase a replacement myself to fix the problem.

  I brought my car in quite literally first thing in the morning, 9:00AM; because a nice lady who had helped me with my wheel alignment instructed me to do so for my wheel replacement. She followed by informing me that the services for my brake cylinder wouldn’t be until later that morning due to a mechanic not being available, but could get my tire replacement done. It was my mistake for not staying at the location - assuming that the drop-off service would only take half the day. What I don’t understand is why I had called around 5:00PM, for them to tell me that they were JUST now taking care of my tire replacement, when they promised to have the services done BEFORE 5. I had to wait until it was almost 6’o clock, before they gave me an astounding bill of $1615.70. I won’t discredit their services working on these vehicles in the heat, and things do happen. But I cannot and will not return for any future services.

  This Mr. tire location is great! I initially went there for my state inspection and the lady at the front and gentlemen who performed the inspection were so helpful that I brought more business specifically because of them two weeks later! The second visit went just as wonderful. Service was fast, location is great, great customer service and I will definitely be back in the future. Fair prices and great service at this location.

  I went to get my lights changed, but when that couldn’t be rectified, I like that I didn’t tell them to work on day worked on and the light wasn’t put back in correctly, and I had to do it myself because I would’ve had no lights. They normally do a wonderful job and other than that they did. I just would love it if they not touch the things that are not asked to be touched so that nothing goes wrong with those things.

  No Mean No!!! I went in the get 2 tires and left with a $1600 bill. They did my state inspection, which I didn't authorize. While I was standing in the parking lot visibly angry, one of their workers told me the reason I had to pay $1600 was because I wouldn't go out on a date with him. That's disgusting. Between them holding my car hostage until I paid, the harassment from the worker, and their regional manager, Paul ignoring my complaint, this place is horrible. I recommend going somewhere that actually listens to you and respects the word no.
