- EMEury MercedesApr 27, 20261.0I went to Mr. Tire for a wheel alignment, and they told me my tie rods were bad. I decided to get a second opinion at another shop, and they confirmed the tie rods were actually in good condition and did not need replacement. What’s worse is that Mr. Tire left the tie rods loose, which is a serious safety issue. I had to pay another shop to fix what they did wrong. When I went back to Mr. Tire to have the alignment done properly, they tried to charge me again for a job that was not done correctly in the first place. Very disappointing experience. Lack of professionalism and accountability. I would not recommend this place.
