  Had to get an inspection. Got a same day appointment. Wasn’t there but 20 minutes! Everyone was very nice and even let me change the tv channel to something I liked 😃

  0 stars. I ordered tires from them online and scheduled an install online as well. I dropped the car off the night before for the next day appointment time of 7:30 am. The next day it rolled around to 10:30 am and I still didn’t hear anything so I called and they said they were getting it in the shop now. No one told me the price or any changes were being made. I go to the shop to pick up my car and it is not what the online purchase was made for. They changed the tire size and said it was because the tires I chose didn’t fit my car. I looked up my tire size on the inside of my door panel and called Nissan dealership. The tires I picked WERE the right size but they put the wrong size on my car, didn’t tell me about it, and chose to charge me anyways. NEVER going here again.

  We had a very disappointing experience with Nikki at this location. My boyfriend brought his truck in for brake service after previously having work done there, which unfortunately had not been completed properly. When he simply asked whether his appointment for the following day was confirmed, Nikki responded in an unnecessarily rude and dismissive manner. She even stated that she didn’t like his “vibe” and told us we needed to go to another location. Being spoken to that way when we were simply trying to confirm an appointment was completely unacceptable and made us feel unwelcome as customers. There was no reason for the interaction to become confrontational, and Nikki’s attitude was far from the level of professionalism we expected. Thankfully, we went to the N Duke location instead, where the experience was completely different. The staff there were kind, understanding, thorough, and actually took the time to address our concerns. We appreciate the team at N Duke for treating us with respect, but the way we were treated by Nikki at this location was extremely disappointing and should be addressed by management.

  Women be aware! They will definitely tell you that you have More issues with your car than you actually do. I have also brought my car up here to get looked at one time before and they broke my tire pressure sensor and didn’t want to take fault for it so I also had to get that fixed too on my dime. Ms. Nicki Or however, you spell it is the manager and she allows these men to get over women anyways. In this economy, that is very disheartening. I was given a $4000 quote only to take it to another Mr. tires in Maryland. I only ended up having to pay a little over $1800. This price difference is because everything they stated it was wrong with my car at the Mr. tires at this location, was not the case once my car was towed to Maryland.

  Had a slow leak and Mr. Tire fixed the tire. No wait time, excellent service. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Definitely will be back for service. Thank you Mr. Tire!
