They just switched to a call service for the chain as a whole that is so annoying, and makes it hard to get a hold of the actual stores people, so I am debating if I am switching to someone else. Maybe just walk in for the best experience .

The more I've looked under my hood, the more details I see that were left half done. They did replace the plastic rivets that hold my front bumper in place. The screw that holds the airborne down was not reinstalled. Before I left the shop, I had to remind them to reinstall the front lower engine cover. Attention to detail was lacking.
