  Fantastic service and advice. Went in for a dual tire repair. One of the punctures wasn’t clean so took the right kind of experience to fix. Tyreese was expert in getting it right and saved me the cost of a new tire. He patched both and had me on my way for a critical work meeting with time to spare. Mr. Lopez, the site manager, was very supportive of what was an urgent time crunch for me and the team went out of their way to help. Trust, integrity, expertise and excellent service- what a great experience to find that at Mr. Tire. Thanks guys.

  First and foremost, the reason I am giving a 1 start review is not because of the customer service or quality of work done to my vehicle. The people who work here are phenomenal and their customer service is second to none! The reason I am giving a 1 star review is because of the air conditioning not working at this store for well over a week and no one fixing it. It is unconscionable to make the employees and customers in the front of the store have to work and wait in a what is supposed be a climate controlled space in the middle of the North Carolina summer. Temperatures and heat index’s the week I went in to the store were well over 100 degrees. Not to mention the people who work in the service bays. The parent company of Mr. Tire should be doing more to take care of its employees. This was unacceptable and inhumane. I will be calling the corporate office to file a complaint.

  I was so appreciative of the time and patience they had with me. While they were unable to help me with my situation they were kind and provided me with recommendations to somewhere that could help me get my car back on the road. My husband also goes there to get tires and they are very reasonable in price. Once I am back up and running I will be going back if needed. Thanks again!!!!

  We were traveling down the east coast with two small children and our tire got a flat. They were able to get us in for service that morning, and we were able to continue our journey back home. I definitely would recommend them for convenience of service, professionalism and quality.
