  Took car in for an inspection. Asked for an oil change. Was told two hours which was fine because I didn’t have an appointment. At the 4 hour mark I had to ask how much longer. Desk guy said it was out of his hands? No update no sorry! Went back in thirty more minutes later asked again. Said it would be less than an hour more. I’m sitting here 5 hours after arriving and still no car. Had they asked I could have approved additional time or asked them to just pull car out and pay for what they did. Not an option. Just hold the car and do t give updates. Will never come back to a Mr Tire after this experience.
