  I had a great experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes on Hillsborough Road. They plugged my grandma's tire quickly and didn't charge her anything. The staff was friendly, honest, and treated her with kindness. It's refreshing to see a business that genuinely cares about its customers. I highly recommend them for anyone needing tire or brake service. Thank you again for the excellent service!

  Chris provided Outstanding service from start to finish! The staff was friendly, professional, and prompt in taking care of my state car. They made the entire process easy and provided excellent customer service. I truly appreciate their professionalism and highly recommend them. Definitely a five-star experience!

  Always awesome to be able to come into a shop asking for one thing and gettin help and information about other things that could possibly be a problem down the road. Chris helped a lot with showing me where the problems on my car were and how much it may cost me down the line and all I did was come in for a simple tire which he (with assistance) helped me with as well. 10/10 service is always assured when coming the Mavis.

  Fantastic place! Chris helped my husband who basically rolled into the shop lot on a flat due to a screw coming out-actually on his way to get it fixed. Chris took him right away to see if it could be fixed. Somehow there were 2 holes in the tire. He went above and beyond to help and make sure things were all good to get back on the road. Thank you!!!!

  On June 22, 2036, I took my car in for routine oil change and tire rotation. Since the location was close to my work, and the environment was friendly and welcoming, I decided to go ahead and do the works and get the 48,000 miles preventative maintenance done, since I was at 46,000 miles. Working with Chris was awesome. He went over everything that needed to be done and offered a reasonable price and added some discounts. So, the ending price didn’t hurt. 😊 Overall, great experience! My car drives smooth and is very quiet. You don’t hear the road noise. Well, that’s what someone told me one day while driving. They couldn’t tell I was in my car driving. So, I definitely recommend Mavis Tires & Brakes on Hillsborough Road in Durham. So, go see Chris and tell him Traci recommended them.😊
