He is calm under pressure (which there is a lot of on a busy Saturday morning), courteous to all the guests, and honest about the work/price/capability of the shop. Because of Chris and his attitude and service Mavis has become our neighborhood shop for everyday maintenance.

They even special ordered my oil and it was all wrapped up with a reasonable price tag in under 90 minutes. Not bad for a walk-in on a busy Monday morning!
