  Mavis tires is a great business to get your tires installed. Brought it in on August 11 to get 4 new tires Al was wonderful his customer service top notch. I had to bring it in the next day, because the warning for air pressure wasn't going away. Jajuan was the one in charge today, explained to me what had happened that the sensor was broken. I explained to him that when I brought it in it was working and nothing was said to me the day before about it. So he said he will change it for me. Because he wants all his customers to have a good experience with Mavis. He was professional and did what he can to help me.

  Second time visiting a Mavis and service has been amazing each time. Both off Hillsborough and this one off Glenn school rd. Recommended much needed service and always on point. Efficient service every time. AL is your guy! Him and his team are Very knowledgeable!

  Top tier experience from start to finish! I came in for a tire replacement, and the service was exceptional. Al and everyone present were professional, friendly, and extremely efficient. They got me taken care of quickly, the pricing was very affordable, and the quality of the work was excellent. Great customer service, great work, affordable prices, and very time efficient. I definitely recommend!

  Life is typically the same, you go to work and drive home with no issues. Last week, I had to make an exceptionally long trip to make from Pennsylvania to North Carolina to drop off my daughter at school and with 30 minutes left I went over a screw and was notified by my car that the tire pressure was extremely low! Of course it had to happen on my long trip. I luckily was within two miles of Mavis. Al gave me a very nice greeting and said he would take care of my tire issue. I couldn’t have been happier with the service and the quick response in patching my tire and getting me in my way. He made it he experience as stressless as possible. Thank you Al! You certainly saved the day !

  I waited a week or more to post to assess the work of this location. I serve the community of Durham as a Go Provider. In the middle of my route, my tire caught a flat. I was the first to the location but I didn't beat Al clocking in. Al was setting the tone for the place and working on his inventory before the team arrived. He acknowledged my presence before the store even opened to calm my worry. Al was kind and showed so much humility. I was worried after a long week this small bump in the road would delay my contract, but since July 18th I've been on the road. Thanks again for your professionalism and humility. May have missed it but recommending: Table Magazines, coloring book and crayon basket for parent community. Store was clean and is new.
