- MMmcwhorter13883 days ago5.0DJ was awesome from the phone call. He helped get me straight and got me right in for the help I needed. I had a nail in the tire and he got it taken care of for me ASAP. Recommend the employees and site for work that needs to be done!
- SHShalanna HollowayOct 8, 20265.0Thank you so much, Al! I really appreciate you taking the time to explain my sDrive system and the importance of having the right tires for my BMW. You were very knowledgeable and detailed, and you helped me understand things I didn’t know about my own car. Thank you for genuinely looking out for my safety on the road! ❤️
- MWMichael WhiteOct 2, 20262.0Went in with high expectations. Was greeted with a smile and treated very nicely upon arrival. Asked the price of an oil change and was told 79.99. Also needed a tire looked at and air. Went to check out and suddenly the oil change was over a hundred dollars and was told that was the cost of labor and shop supplies. So much BS. I three vehicles in my driveway and was looking for an honest and upfront location to have all three serviced. This is not the place for me. Oil is over filled and tires did not get aired up to factory required settings.
- TPT POct 1, 20265.0⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at Mavis Tire! Al was very friendly, professional, and helpful when I came in to get my oil changed. He made the process quick and easy and provided great customer service. I really appreciate how welcoming and knowledgeable he was. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend Al and Mavis Tire to anyone needing service!
- CIchelsea iorlanoOct 1, 20265.0Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, we were in the best hands with Al at Mavis! Called ahead to see if Mavis had the tire I needed, and Al answered the phone, confirmed they had five options in the right size. Had to get towed in, so called back to confirm we were coming and Al called in another service rep to make sure we could be serviced ASAP. The peak of professionalism and thoughtfulness. So grateful, thank you so much, Al and the team at Mavis!
