  Bruh didn't even put my brake fluid cap back on after doing my brakes. Glad I checked that when I got home could of been seriously bad. Kind of insane since I went on the high way for 20 minutes with my brake fluid like that

  Well, Mavis saves the day again!! This time we're in Durham, something on the interstate sliced our side wall. Needed a Blackhawk Street H, 245/45/r19 quick and in a hurry. Went to Hillsborough St first and he didnt have what we needed. He sent us to Yunus Rd. & we met Tanner R. He had what we needed and helped immediately. It took long enough to grab a quick bite and before we could finish, he called and said car was ready to roll. Great teamwork, outstanding customer service. Boy, we sure to count MAVIS!! on the road again. Thx again Tanner Jamie and Shauna' Harper 100% Mavis Tire fans

  I had a great experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes when I went in for an oil change. The service was quick, professional, and hassle-free. Jr and Tanner were both amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was taken care of from start to finish. They provided excellent customer service and made the entire visit a positive experience. I highly recommend this location and will definitely be returning for future service needs!

  First time at this location, Got all 4 TPMS Sensors replaced. The process was transparent, convinient, and communication was professional. I called the day before, the person on the phone gave me an estimate of the price for the service, I was able to make an appointment online for the next morning. During the appointment they called me to give me their service recommendations and confirmed what services I would approve, then called me when my car was ready for pick up. The total cost matched the estimate I was given before and there was no surprises. I appreciated the process. For all 4 sensors, it took 2 hrs for my car to be ready for pickup. I did not stay at the location for my appointment, but There is free wifi and a strip mall / publix within walkable distance. The waiting area is clean, but minimal, so it probably would not be my preference work online there if I didnt have other transportation set up.

  I got a flat tire and happened to be near Mavis. I brought the car in, and JR patched the tire up quickly. Did a great job and got me right back on the road. Great customer service too!
