  I had a great experience at Mavis Tires, and Tanner, the assistant manager, was absolutely amazing! He was very professional, friendly, patient, and made sure I felt taken care of from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything to me and went above and beyond to make sure my tire issue was handled. It’s not often that you come across someone who genuinely cares about providing great customer service, but Tanner definitely does. He is a great representation of Mavis Tires, and I truly appreciate his help. I would definitely recommend Mavis Tires because of the excellent service I received from Tanner!

  Need a re-training for call center people, need to know what tires you have in stock before saying it's in stock! I had a time sensitive tire replacement needed, call center says yeah we got it...go to store unloaded this somewhat heavy wheel & tire, only to be told that they would have to order it. I am like, the guy on the phone say you had in stock. Guy behind counter says, you must have spoken to someone in the call center. How can one speak to anyone else but the damn call center? TOTAL WASTE OF TIME!!!

  My husband and I came in for our tire to be patched and Tanner greeted us so kindly. We were in and out quickly. After we checked out, we realized that my car inspection was up and asked if they could do an inspection and they happily did it for us. Tanner and the rest of the team are so kind and helpful. I highly recommend coming here!

  Cory was amazing - we were on a road trip and came in late at night and he helped us immediately. He was very kind and did not charge us for the service. I highly recommend going somewhere with this type of customer service!

  Always a very pleasant & positive experience! Service is quick, prices reasonable..staff is so nice & friendly, absolutely no complaints. Will continue having my Jeep Liberty serviced here. Shoutout to Tanner! 👍🏽
