  I brought my 2024 Kia here for our annual state inspection. While waiting, a staff member told me my wipers needed replacement and would not pass inspection -- "we can replace them or you can go across the street and do it yourself." I declined. She said the exact same line again. Within minutes, she walked over to another customer with a 2024 Audi in great condition and delivered the identical script word for word. He also declined. We both went outside and asked them to show us the defect. I ran the wipers myself. They worked fine. I have video. The inspector said there was nothing he could do - the report was already marked failed. Before leaving, the said the exact same windshield wiper script to an older gentleman (three people within 30 minutes of waiting). They failed my inspection. I took the car to another station the next morning and it passed with no issues noted, including the wipers. Looking at the reviews for this location, there are multiple accounts describing this exact same pattern. This isn't aggressive up-selling. Deliberately failing a state inspection to pressure customers into purchasing unnecessary services is fraud. I've filed a complaint with the NC DMV Enforcement Department and would encourage people with similar experiences to do the same. Go somewhere else.

  Probably the worst Jiffy Lube I've been to. Very predatory with failing inspections, and pushing $30-40 replacement wiper blades. The ones I had weren't old and just were a bit dirty and wiped off, but you can't argue b/c they fail you. They choose what's wrong. You get trapped. The person next to me had the same "issue" so this isn't isolated. Do Not Go Here (other jiffy lubes don't do this in Raleigh and Cary).

  It took over an hour and a half for a tire rotation; the three people who came in after me left before me.

  BEWARE: Jiffy lube does not replace oil filters and reuses single use parts. This has caused my car extensive damage. I had to take my car to a second shop same day for another issue (this Jiffy Lube did alert me to the separate issue that I was unaware of which was good) and the service center sent me video proof that the oil change was done improperly. It cost me an extra $350 for diagnostics and a second oil change and caused other issues in the vehicle. Service was fast and the employees were very nice, but do not bring your car here unless it's an emergency.
