  Professional and friendly staff. There was a $300 deposit that is buried in the small print in the website.

  There was very professional.They got me in a quick, got me out of there.I sat down for like a moment and they took me out to my car.It was clean.It was what I was expecting.It didn't smell like smoke.So cheers today are professionalism and how work , knowing the customer !

  Do NOT use Enterprise. We waited an hour before opening to get a car just to tell us they can only take credit cards. We've been to the chapel hill location and they said otherwise as long as we have proof of residency. These people do not know their own company policy & now we don't have a car.

  When I reached out to them 2 days before my arrival they confirmed they had a passenger van and my booking was confirmed. When I arrived there, I was offered 12 seater instead of 15 seater and that too oldest GMC available. I believe it was of 90's, with no navigation screen and old radio. The associate who was handling my case wanted to take advantage of my need and give this vehicle. And when I we turned it on it was worst, with full off cattle smell inside. My rental was for couple of days and also for long travel, even then he insisted to take this or leave with nothing. Later we reached out to HAYDEN in the same facility, he is the MAN. He understood our concern and helped us get the latest 15 seater Ford. It was due for cleaning and all, yet he cleaned it and gave it to us. It was already 6, their closing time, yet he worked beyond his working hours and honored our request. @enterprise people like Hayden brings back the trust of customers. I hope he gets deserving appreciation and credit for his exceptional service and kindness. And I hope other people who tend to not care and sell out anything taking advantage of people's need should be addressed too.. so that others don't face the same problem.

  If you're in need of a rental car, I highly recommend Enterprise Rent-A-Car on Hillsborough Road In Durham, NC. My elderly Dad and I were helped by both Cam and Joana at that location and we were blown away by the outstanding customer service they provided & the winning combination of professionalism, expertise, and genuine human kindness. We felt truly seen & taken care of, and inspired by their commitment to a job well done!
