  Extremely frustrating pickup experience. I reserved a full-size vehicle, completed check-in through Enterprise’s official app, and clearly declined the optional protection products. However, when I arrived, the employee refused to provide the full-size vehicle solely because I do not have personal auto insurance. This directly contradicts Enterprise’s own published policy, which states that personal auto insurance is not required to rent a vehicle in the United States and that Enterprise’s protection products are optional. If this location has a different requirement, it should have been clearly disclosed during booking or online check-in—not introduced only after I arrived to collect the vehicle. The employee was also dismissive and made an already frustrating situation worse. What is the point of confirming a reservation and completing check-in if the branch can impose undisclosed conditions at the counter?

  This was second time I’ve tried to rent from them and I was very disappointed both times. The first time the car was dirty with a bad lingering bad smell. The second time they checked me in quickly but then forgot about me. Everyone else who got there when they opened were long gone with their cars. When I got annoyed and said I’ve been waiting 30 minutes he said I was lying. Ok it was 27 minutes. I’m done with this location and walked out without a car. Avis on Guess Rd is much better.
