    Max was very friendly, helpful, and patient and I was assigned the exact car make and model I was hoping for. I appreciated that they offer a bike rack.

    Wow, I haven't been treated this rudely in a long time. Turns out it was by the managers of this location. They were blocking thru traffic chatting in two cars. Atter waiting several minutes I asked them politely to move. They continued to chat. When I said how rude they were once inside the manager, Joana, accused me of being the one who was rude. Even the employees detailing cars asked them to move and then just shrugged and said they were the bosses. I hope enterprise can hold a higher standard for how its leaders treats their customers. It was also really dirty inside. I don't think they've vacuumed in a year.

    Hillsborough Rd: 1812 Hillsborough Rd, Durham, NC The customer service was terrible. I was stranded on a Friday and needed a car to get to Charlotte, 2 hour drive and was returning on Sunday. The staff at this location never answered the phone while I was waiting to be helped. I made a reservation by phone for a car budget friendly being that my car broke down and had a graduation the next morning. When I arrived to check in my car was available but they need a credit card to hold funds, no problem transferring the funds even though I rent enterprise all the time when traveling I never need one before. Mind you I called customer service first to confirm this before even arriving. When back at the front desk just to find out they only had SUV’s available and I would have to pay an extra X amount. When I told them I had a reservation and that I was told this location had cars why can’t I be honored the price that my reservation was for, Johanna the store manager was very rude in front of other customers was upset with me because I called her out about not answering the phones and that other customers are probably calling to ask questions just as I did about what I needed as far as what’s required to rent a car I was not from out of state. I had a major credit card. I reserved by phone and was told that the location specifically had cars for rent Because the location I originally planned on reserving a car at in Durham did not have cars available. Johanna got upset and canceled my rental right in front of me and told me to get out and she was not honoring the original price that I was quoted for a car that I had reserved. I was not rude, didn’t get loud or make a sense in front of my girls I just asked why and she said she don’t have to and was not going to and get out… I’ve never been so embarrassed in my life. I training customers representatives every day as a job and this behavior was definitely unacceptable. I understand the fact that customers are not always right however, I feel like Johanna was not professional in front of her employees as a lead and an embarrassment to your company as a person that should have respect for customers and others around her who she is supposed to show leadership to that is not a way to lead. I will never rent from this Enterprise location again and that’s a fact. There are other rental car companies who value and respect their customers and staff.

    I want to say a huge thanks to the people who work here! We had a very stressful day, but they all were very patient with answering our questions and helping us out as much as they could and do even more!

    I had no issues with the staff here, the rental vehicle was clean, although I did need to swap out as it was due for maintenance, swapped out and new vehicle was also clean, but no screen wash. Overall, the service was great, the staff were pleasant, and I would use them again if needed.
