  Cameron had provided excellent on front end of the car rental when I had a blow out on my vehicle by providing with a vehicle at the last minute. Lela had provided excellent customer on the back when I having issues with the vehicle and quickly rectified everything. What a great experience!!!

  The customer service from the staff was great. The vehicle itself lacks the standards most enterprises I have rented from have. The vehicle wasn’t washed, low windshield wiper fluid or electrical issue. Overall it was an alright experience.

  We made a reservation, showed up on time, and were told there were no vehicles available. Apparently Enterprise has mastered the art of taking reservations but skipped the part about actually having the car ready when you arrive. As Jerry Seinfeld famously said, "Anyone can take a reservation. The important part is holding the reservation." Enterprise clearly doesn't understand that distinction. We rearranged our schedule, made plans based on the reservation, and were left scrambling because they couldn't deliver on what they promised. Completely unacceptable customer service and poor planning. Needless to say, Avis would never.

  Easy process! Cameron the service rep was informative, even-keeled, and nice. He addressed any questions I had about pricing, split between claims insurance and my responsibility. Pricing seemed reasonable for what things are nowadays. Car (VW Jetta) was clean and drove well, no problems at all. They communicated well with me regarding when my car would be done with its fixes (my rental arrangement was part of an insurance claim fix) etc. Would definitely use Hendrick Collision Center + Enterprise again! My only note is that the car alerted about needing an oil change, but this could just have been not reset or they planned to soon and haven't yet.
