  I have a 1994 Buick LeSabre,took it to Carmedix to have it looked at being that the guy that I was talking to on the phone said to bring it in so that he can take a look at,I'm thinking sense I told him the problems that I was having with the car that he would be able to fix the car for me,I was sitting in the waiting room for hours thinking that they were repairing my car and may I mind you I was going to carmedix for years, But to make a long story short I was there until they were about to close shop and they did not fix anything on my car that I asked them to,and then wanted to charge me a outstanding bill for it all,But I found a good mechanic that will fix my car for me.P.S Carmedix you just lost a customer.....

  I will never use another repair shop BUT Carmedix!! Their service is outstanding!! I worked with Jaylan there. He kept me informed every step of the way! He held my hand and treated me with respect and professionalism! He fought my insurance battles with me. I felt protected and assured! Thank you Jaylan and Carmedix

  Excellent service, for a major repair (engine replacement) after being let down by multiple official dealers, Carmedix did a great job in getting my 4 year old car back on the road as good as new! My new go-to place for anything automotive.

  I brought my vehicle in for service to the A/C, and discovered the Compressor needed to be replaced. Service Advisor JW was patient, knowledgeable, and transparent with his approach. From start to finish it was top tier service. Thank you all again!

  My previous rating was 5 star. This visit gets a 4, and I spoke to the staff as to why. Three things. I get a text that offers an oil change discount and asks for you to call or click the link. I clicked the link and scheduled an oil change and a state inspection. When I got the invoice the oil change was at full price and not discounted, when I described the text and instructions the person said that to get the discount you had to mention it at the register. They applied the discount but I explained that it felt sketchy to send a text that offered the discount but didn't apply it when scheduling with the provided link. The counter person agreed and stated that they would talk with the marketing person and try and clarify. Got home and found that the oil life % hadn't been reset so I had to go back and have that done. Last item. One of the suggested services for the vehicle was a spark plug change. Vehicle manufacturer recommendation is 100k miles. Mine has 61k. I've been going to Carmedix for years, have always gotten 5 star service without an any feeling that I was getting an upsell like Chapel Hill Tire, Mr. Tire, Jiffy Lube, and others. This was the first time that this had happened at Carmedix. Felt icky. Again, I mentioned this to the counter person and, to his credit, he was polite, understanding, and in agreement. I appreciated that. I'll go back, soon, since my wife's car needs an inspection. I'll review after that experience as a follow up.
