I've never had any shop able to get me in and out in under an hour for these things. Clear communication and excellent new customer deal. Hoping to make this a regular spot for maintenance
- 5C5_ ColquhounAug 19, 20262.0Did not take historical codes into account, then went forth with diagnostics for what they determined was a misfire. Not sure why they charged a diagnostic fee just to inform me that they wanted to replace all coil packs and spark plugs. Only after asking for evidence that all components are bad, did they zone in on 1 spark plug that was determined to be bad, and wanted to replace all.
