  Had a great time coming through here. Was having a little trouble at the kiosk, but a kind worker named Justin came up and helped me out, and even gave me two air fresheners. Getting through the tunnel was smooth. I really look forward to coming back here for my next car wash.

  I thought being charged a monthly for a cleaning package on my car was a good thing but, I recently ran into an issue where the automatic carwash removed the molding on the side of my car. After back and forth, stopping by after work and getting the run around about my claim. (been going on about 3 weeks now) I come to find out that they will not fix the problem because I was told my car was too old (2017) and its consider a liability. This decision came down from the district manager, I think his name is Adam (or thats what I was told). I like too know how as I have been through this car wash other times and never had this problem. I have cancelled my memebership to this carwash and wont be back. If you value your car please make sure you check it out when you have it washed or it will be a lost cause since they problably will not fix it.

  Amazing experience wash was amazing but the customer service was better. Worker named Justin was a great help at the tunnel, was borrowing my mom’s new car and couldn’t quite get it in neutral. He saw me struggling while telling me to put it in Neutral and was a great help and I learned how to put it in neutral and the rest was smooth sailing.
