The store manager, Sincere, just provided me with excellent service. My car died in the nearby parking lot, and he helped me diagnose the issue and install a new battery, all with an extremely friendly and helpful attitude. I greatly appreciate the prompt, knowledgable, and friendly service.

I stopped by the Auto Zone to have my battery tested. Sincere (yes, that was the gentleman’s name), the store manager checked my battery and patiently explained why it needed to be replaced. He offered me advice about what battery to get and its general maintenance. He replaced my battery and cleaned the terminals that had accumulated corrosion from the previous one. Outstanding service!

Walked inside for a tool loaner and asked the employee behind counter 3 times! He called another employee who said the first one has hearing problem (no identification of that was present) and told me to calm down! Manager was beside him and said nothing I will bring my business somewhere else!

Wow. I dont typically leave reviews but Ravi (Bald Head) deserves an 8star rating. Head light out, bought two to replace. Still didn’t work. Ravi allowed me to repackage and return and then took the time to help trouble shoot and identified a bad fuse, replaced, and then replaced the other for good measure. The time, service, and result was unexpected. This however, will be my go to auto parts store simply because of this above and beyond expectation and experience. Well done!
