  Derrick was a great employee super helpful. I was in a panic because my battery had to get a jump to make it to the store. He gave me great advice help me pick a battery and installed it. Super friendly informative and fast. June 16th 9:00 pm. Gave me back the confidence I needed to get back on the road. I felt safe with my battery purchase

  Very bad service from Bralian He made me feel like I was begging him. When I asked a question, he would only focus on the specific task at hand—like fetching an item—and wouldn't listen to anything else I said or asked to clarify. Even when I questioned a charge, he simply went and brought me the sheet listing the new rules; there was no respect—it was like dealing with a robot. When I asked what exactly I was being charged for, he said "everything." I pointed out that the filter was supposed to be free, and he snapped back, "Yes, it's free—you can see the figure right here on the screen." I would never recommend dealing with him.

  Thank you so much To Ms. Robin. Came in about my battery sliding around. The first associate did attempt to assist me but when the parts he tried did not fit he said “maybe o’Reilly” I repeatedly asked if there’s a part I can order because I just did not want to keep driving like that. I was unfortunately turned away, and I went back to my car to try to figure out what part it might be before I continue to drive the car. I closed the hood and the battery was still unlatched to anything (the initial reason I came in) so when I put the hood down it popped back up and I had already locked my doors. I panic. Two kids already having the battery issue and run inside like I locked the car with the battery unlatched and can’t get in. Employees blank stare and say let me ask, I’m then told they can not help. I start to call AAA when Ms. Robin says the obvious fact that I could USE MY CAR KEY IN MY HAND. I hold myself accountable for not thinking of that obviously. I was so anxious, I had been driving and stopping for days reattaching the battery every time I parked. I truly did not even think. She then came out tightened the battery (he did not do) and installed a part that was in the store and my car started it was secured. What I did not like was when she came in and handed an employee the part and asked him to ring me up. He began to question her about it like “but it’s empty, what was this” kind of this. She was polite and asked him to sell the part that she just installed. She (Ms.Robin) not only was the only one in the store to say to use the key in my hand but was the wonderful manager, we are gonna question the Manager? When she solved more than one issue after I was told to try somewhere else. Thank you Ms.Robin!!!
