  Showers are decent.Definitely time for shower renovations. My shower came with a used wash cloth and a fan that hasn't been dusted since installed. It can be expected when 40%of your customers think it's ok to clean out their truck and just throw trash down on ground beside their truck.They have garbage cans everywhere in the parking lot. But somehow the ground is the best place for this guy's trash.

  Not one diesel pump worked and this is my 3rd experience with this. All my fleet accounts will be with loves moving forward. Thanks for nothing pilot

  Bathroom dirty, taste coffee before leaving. Decaf and one other tried like water.

  Good clean showers, but what is up with the HVAC. Feel like I already need another shower by the time I am finished. Do not recommend unless they fix the darn AC.

  I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at this Pilot location. I spend nearly $1,000 every time I fuel up, and during my recent visit I needed a shower after driving in extremely hot conditions. When I requested assistance, Melissa was rude and gave several excuses. First, she said there were no towels available, even though there appeared to be plenty in the room. Then she said there was no shower credit available. Instead of helping resolve the issue, she continued making excuses and refused to provide access to a new shower. I used my towel and used shower room . Blame for computer problem She said just unbelievable Because of the situation, I was left feeling uncomfortable and frustrated. As a professional driver who has traveled through almost all 50 states and fueled at Pilot locations for the past eight years, I have never experienced service like this before. I believe the way I was treated was unprofessional and unacceptable. I hope corporate management reviews this location and addresses these customer service concerns. This was the first time in eight years that I have felt unwelcome and uncomfortable at a Pilot location.
