  Excellent customer service. They put me in a very nice Nissan Sentra, which was a free upgrade from what I'd ordered. Check-in and return process were absolutely painless. Location is easy to access, right off of the road. One star was removed because my 9 am reservation was not available until 10 am.

  I did not experience any issues renting a vehicle from this location. Gillian was the representative who assisted me throughout the whole process. She was kind, knowledgeable, and provided great customer service..

  The staff at the Dunn, NC location are very friendly and considerate, during initial inspection of the vehicle the staff was very thorough with the vehicle, such as showing me all scratches and dings on the car. Also the vehicle was very clean
