  Very nice technicians. Offered extra services so was glad to get tires rotated as well as my oil change .

  Need To Read This Whole Review Regarding My Valvoline Experience: Team members could not have changed this, They have no control over pricing. But, Found out Valvoline Prices are Way To High. > BEWARE & call for pricing before going...if you can get to a live person. 1) I asked about Synthetic Blend Oil change price before pulled into bay. Was told be $90 for full service for my vehicle before any coupon discounts & taxes. I had $25 off coupon for this service. My math makes this $65. > WRONG...after pulling into bay ...It was $139.98 before coupon discount & taxes (without any other chargeable services). 2) Offered me tire rotation....would be an additional aprox. $40 min. > (now it would have been $179.98 before coupon discount & taxes) (did not do this) 3) Had receipt emailed to me. Checked it next day & it stated that they did a Full Synthetic Oil change >>> I told them I ran and wanted a Synthetic Blend (don't know if this will cause any problems going forward with a Synthetic Blend that I normally run) 4) **NOTE: I should have waited till had time go back to Quick Lane @ Dealer where normally go & get the same service as got here but also includes tire rotation for $86.95 before any coupon discount & taxes. *****BEWARE EVERYONE & CHECK AROUND For Where You Can Get The Best Prices For The Work Needed , The Correct Work/Product Requesting , & With Comparable Quality Of Service. >>>>> Needless To Say I Will Not Ever Go Back To This Place & I Will Try To Spread The Word Of My Experience.

  Everyone was friendly and attentive. They were quick and efficient. They checked my battery life for me and explained the info so that I could understand it. They noticed that my engine air filter was very dirty, showed it to me, and offered to provide a 20% off discount for that in addition to the coupon I had for my oil change. I didn’t even ask for that extra discount but they gave it willingly, which I appreciate the extra mile they went.
