  Came in for a walk-in due to plastic underbelly engine cover pop off, spoke to Dan about getting me in and he was very nice. They got the job done in 10 minutes and even brought my car to the front door!

  I cannot say enough good things about George, the Manager at Mr. Tire in Denver, NC. After a really poor experience at another Mr. Tire in Northern Virginia, I was honestly reluctant to return when I discovered a nail in my tire while traveling in NC. I called around 9 AM, and George immediately took the time to review my previous paperwork, confirm my warranty, and talk me through my options. When I arrived, he explained that he didn’t have the staff available until the following morning, but knowing I needed to drive back to Northern Virginia, he asked if I had time to wait. He then turned to a new trainee and said, “Well, you’re going to learn how to change a tire today.” That moment says everything. George went out of his way to get me safely back on the road while also patiently training a new employee. He was communicative, professional, kind, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire experience. I walked in with a very negative perception of Mr. Tire, and George completely changed that. This is what great customer service and leadership look like. I’m incredibly appreciative of him and would absolutely recommend this location because of the experience he created.

  I was at the recycling center when someone told me my tire was going flat. Luckily I was only a mile away from Mr Tire. They were a lifesaver. I needed a new tire as the nail was on the side of the tire. Since I have an old car I opted for a cheap tire. In less than 30 minutes I was back on the road again. The gentleman at the counter was courteous and very helpful. I would highly recommend this store. When we need new tires on our newer car I will bring it here.

  Never take your car here! Tried to hold my car hostage and not give ne keys and charge $800 for 2 tires! Performed absolutely no service! Terrible customer service the bald man was absolutely rude!
