  Got an oil change. In and out in about 10 minutes. Super fast. Staff has always been professional and friendly. Can’t ask for anything more in a business. Honest people!

  Great service from this location. KC was pleasant as I pulled in and got everything done that he could control fast. There was a hiccup with a part showing up from a local store and he clearly explained what was going on and offered a coupon for our next visit due to the delay, which was only 10-15 minutes. I appreciate how hard he is working to build this location and will be coming back with my other vehicles as well.

  Stopped in for an oil change yesterday 07/27/26. I was told on check in 20-30 mins. Took an hour. Shop not busy. Several weird things happened/ discovered. Looked under the hood this am and found a rather large Birds Nest right below the oil dipstick. Why that wasn’t disclosed/ advised I can assume they don’t care. If it had caught fire or went into the belts, that would not have been fun to handle. During the oil change, the tech said I needed a cabin air filter, said they have them in stock. Apparently not, wondering why I was waiting so long, saw a pick up truck hand the filter to the tech thru the window of some unmarked vehicle. Thats sketchy, again why was I left waiting and not advised of this. They don’t care I guess, just make a sale.or I will never know that they did this. I did question it at checkout and the tech mumbled they had to order it, no apology and moved onto the payment. I was quoted $109.00 on check-in and the bill was now $209.00. I asked how it got to that value, the tech said your truck takes 7 quarts of oil and charged me $30.00 for 2 extra quarts and the $59.00 cabin air filter. I also overheard another client being told they had to order oil for their Wagoneer so it will take longer than advised. That perked my ears up with the wait I was having for my oil/ cabin filter job. I paid and left, went down the road and noticed the reminder sticker was not on the windshield, just the old one. So I drove back to get one and was told he couldn’t get the printer to print one, so he wrote one in marker and put it in the windshield. Weird day, haven’t had this experience before, but will take my business elsewhere do to the sloppy, uncaring work I received yesterday. The birds nest that was clearly visible and not even mentioned to me is what prompted me to write this review, as I understand some places fall short some days, but at least act like you care a little bit as you tried to upsell me on all of my filters and brake fluid changes etc. you certainly cared about the money side, but not on the safety side as customers rely on your evaluations and knowledge.
