- DMDeb MaynardOct 14, 20265.0Made an appt online for inspection and was in and out in about 10 min. Clean waiting room and friendly staff.
- PCpeter clintonOct 12, 20261.0Prices are ridiculous and attention to detail lousy. Got quotes for brake pads and new CV joints. Pads quoted at $600. The competitor is $270. CV joints quote $1,166 versus $655 from competitor. "Service" and pricing like this will put you out of business. Done trying to support a local newish local business. People need to know that you will get ripped off going here. RUN!
- HBHannah BooneSep 26, 20265.0These guys were SO nice! The location is new along with the management. I haven’t been to a Grease Monkey before, maybe all locations have this but there are monitors with a view of the garage so you can see your vehicle while you wait! They informed me of two items that needed attention but were super polite and not pushy at all. If you’re looking for a new auto shop I’d highly recommend them!
- TTTim ThomsonSep 25, 20265.0Great experience with Grease Monkey! The service was excellent from start to finish. Everyone was very informative and took the time to walk me through everything, explain what was going on, and help me understand my options rather than just trying to sell me something. The pricing was great, and they were genuinely willing to work with me. They went above and beyond, especially when it came to sharing their knowledge and answering my questions. It’s refreshing to find a place that combines great service, fair pricing, and people who actually take the time to help. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend them!
