  Today I visited this location twice. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The covering manager was from the Mooresville location and was extremely honest and helpful, as well as the team. I'll be back! Edited: I was present when another customer came in to explain about a situation that occurred several weeks ago after her vehicle was serviced. The covering manager was very empathetic I felt and did what he could to correct the situation. He could've been closed off to the feedback, but he wasn't. I hope this location and team continue to provide honest and quality work.

  On Monday the 22nd between 10:30-11am I pulled in for and inspection on my Tundra truck. Finally a teammate comes out to see what I want. After the request for an inspection was acknowledged the Mgr. Who was standing in the rear bay says you got a exhaust leak get it fixed and come back. Wow, how would you know l wasn't connected to the monitor I just pulled in. So another teammate comes up to ask assistance. I was ready to spend my $ somewhere else. I went to another post and everything checked out and I got my sticker. With no business in the bays during the time I was there alitte more courtesy should have been extended. This was my second time visiting your location and the smart mouth was still heard. A short trip down the road was worth it.

  Definitely steer clear of this place. Went for a basic oil change and they tried to tell me I needed new brake fluid and it was “black as charcoal” I said ok let me see it. I go look at it and it’s fine. Stuck my finger in the fluid came out clean. I just had the entire brakes done 3 months ago and they put in all new fluid. Also I get home my oil filter is loose, my engine cover is not secured and missing a bolt. They also didn’t put a sticker in the window. All this for almost a 100 bucks? No window wash, no vacuum. What a joke. You’ve been warned. Update: Kobe the manager called trying to figure out what he could do. We agreed it was unsat. He told me next oil change is free I told him I wasn’t really excited about letting them work on my car again but this time I’ll watch closely what is done. They do seem to care about reviews and responded quickly so I give them credit for that.

  Had a terrible experience when I went to get my oil changed. Not only did it take well over an hour to get it done, they didn’t seal the cap completely. The next day I have oil leaking out all over my garage and driveway. I am now going to have to pay hundreds out of pocket to get this professionally cleaned. My car was also misfiring before I realized what the issue was. I took my car back there to explain what was wrong. I just got an apology from the manager. The undercarriage of my car is covered in oil now and my splash shield is now hanging down after they worked on it. I will be taking my car to the dealership to make sure my car didn’t endure anymore damage due to what seems like negligence from this place.

  ***Please see UPDATED STATUS *** Very disappointing experience. I brought my vehicle in for a state inspection and was told it needed new windshield wipers because the existing wipers were not properly clearing the windshield. The wipers already on the vehicle were relatively new Rain-X blades. Before agreeing to the replacement, I specifically asked if new wipers would resolve the issue and was told they would. After paying for the replacement, I tested them myself and found they left the exact same spots on the windshield as before. When I returned, I was then told the issue might actually be distortion or warping in the windshield itself. If the problem was the windshield and not the wipers, why was I charged for new wipers? And if the original wipers failed inspection, how did the vehicle pass with replacement wipers that performed no differently? I feel I was sold an unnecessary repair and would appreciate a better explanation and more accurate diagnosis in the future. *** UPDATE *** After posting my original review, management reached out to me directly and quickly made things right. They took the time to explain what happened, acknowledged the mistake, and took ownership of the situation. In business, nobody is going to be perfect 100% of the time. What matters most is how a company responds when something goes wrong. The team addressed my concerns promptly and worked to correct the original issue, which speaks volumes about their commitment to customer service. Because of the way management handled the situation and their willingness to make things right, I have decided to update my review. I appreciate their professionalism, communication, and efforts to resolve the matter.
