  I want to give a huge thank you to Zay for the incredible service during my oil change. From start to finish, she was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. She took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure my vehicle was taken care of properly, and had such a positive attitude the entire time. It’s rare to come across someone who takes this much pride in her work and makes customers feel valued and comfortable. The service was quick, efficient, and done with attention to detail. You can tell Zay truly cares about both her work and the people she helps. Because of her, this was one of the best service experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend asking for Zay if you want honest, top-quality service and someone who goes above and beyond. Thank you again, Zay!

  I had an outstanding experience at Express Oil Change thanks to Lauren, the service advisor. She was professional, efficient, and incredibly organized. I brought in three vehicles on the same day, and she handled everything seamlessly—no confusion, no delays, just smooth, prompt service from start to finish. It’s not easy to coordinate multiple vehicles at once, but Lauren made it look effortless. Her communication was clear, her attitude was positive, and she kept everything moving right on schedule. Truly top-notch customer service. Highly recommend this location—ask for Lauren if you want it done right.

  Had a great experience here thanks to Dennis. He was super professional, honest, and took the time to explain everything about my alignment without making me feel pressured into anything extra. The prices are definitely affordable, and the service was quick and my car drives so much smoother now. You can tell he really cares about his work. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  I had a really good experience here today. This is the place I go to every time I need an oil change or anything done on my car, and they’ve always been reliable. Today, I originally went somewhere else for a tire appointment, but after waiting an hour they told me they couldn’t put them on. I called here, and even though it was a busy Saturday, they were super helpful on the phone and told me to come in. When I got there, they got my car in quickly and took care of everything without any hassle. I needed two front tires replaced and an inspection, and both were done smoothly and faster than I expected. Shandon and Dennis helped me out and were both great to work with-very kind, professional, and made the whole process easy and stress free. You can tell they actually care about their customers. I really appreciate how they handled everything, especially on a busy day. This is why I keep coming back, and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone!!

  Came in for an oil change. While the staff was working on my car, the manager Shandon explained that my tires were looking really bad. He took me around the car and showed me how worn they were. I knew they weren’t great but had been hoping to squeak by a bit longer. Shandon took me through all the options for a new set, and the service manager, Dennis, went over the alignment check with me and knocked a few bucks off getting it done. Everyone was pleasant to deal with and got me on my way in a couple of hours. Editing to include that the mechanics’ rendition of Madonna’s “Like a Virgin” was truly phenomenal. 10/10
