  I would love to provide 5 stars because they are the closest rental to my home - when we first started using this location we had great success - but in the past six months I have had three different rentals in which the car I had reserved was not available. The first time they didn't even have a car at the same time that I needed it - I waited 5 hours for a car that I didn't reserve. And was requested to pay additional for the rental that was available. The second time we did get an upgraded car - but even so the car I requested was not available and nothing similar was available. This last time, which was this past weekend, there was no car at all available - I was only offered a pick-up truck which wasn't going to suffice. I will be going elsewhere.

  I would like to say Branch Manager Olivia in Lincolnton made our family reunion vacation possible. There was a bit of hiccup but Olivia quickly took care and was very courteous doing so. Look forward to doing business again in the future.

  Weldon handled our reservation with kindness and precision! He made sure that we were completely comfortable with our rental before we even left the lot! Due to Weldon's kindness we will FOREVER make this our go to location! THANK YOU WELDON💝
