  I had a reservation booked 3 weeks in advance to pick up a vehicle. I called the day of my pick up to change my pick up time and they told me they didn’t have a vehicle for me. No help to locate another vehicle. I asked what I should do that I need a vehicle and they said “ all I can do is call you if one shows up”…Just a you’re out of luck attitude. I called enterprise customer service and they “escalated” my reservation to a team that handles this and said they would call me back. No phone call back. I called customer service again the next day and they told me my reservation had been canceled. I’m assuming they reinstated it, because they got it pulled back up and found a vehicle an hour away at Asheville Regional Airport. I asked them if I drive an hour is the vehicle for sure reserved for me I don’t want to drive an hour and not have a vehicle. When I arrived they had plenty of vehicles, but couldn’t use my reservation because it was through my workplace and was listed for a vehicle at an “offsite” location. The employees essentially said there was nothing they can do, because they didn’t have access to view my reservation. I called customer service while there and told them what happened. They asked if would drive to another location nearby if they could find a vehicle. I said yes. They asked if I could drive to the Asheville Regional AirPort…. Which is where I literally was and not able to get a vehicle. They told me their was nothing that they could do but escalate it to their management team and they would reach out to me. I’m doubting that they actually will. Not only was this a absolutely terrible experience, but this may be the worst service I have ever had anywhere. I will never attempt to use enterprise again. My advice to anyone not in an emergency situation would be to use any other rental service possible before using Enterprise.

  had a very disappointing experience at Enterprise today. When I went to the location, the manager told me my rental contract needed to be rewritten because my company stopped paying for the rental on May 21. Since that date, I have been paying for the rental myself every week from my personal account. While discussing the new contract, the manager told me I owed $798. I asked what the charge was for because I had been making weekly payments. An argument followed when I disputed the balance. After the rental was closed out, it became clear that the $798 had in fact been paid, but those payments had not been properly acknowledged during cv iscussion.Despite this, I was told to get out of the vehicle, leave the premises, and that I would no longer be allowed to rent from that location because of the way I spoke to the manager. As a result, I was left stranded in an unfamiliar area for approximately five hours with no transportation. I understand that disagreements can happen, but I feel I was treated unfairly and unprofessionally. I would like this situation reviewed, particularly the handling of my account payments and the manner in which I was asked to leave after it was determined that the disputed amount had already been paid. If you're planning to send this directly to Enterprise's corporate customer service rather than posting it as a public review, I can also help make it stronger and include a request for a response or investigation. I like Alice he was very professional

  Rented a car online for the next day for a trip to Raleigh, only for them to call and tell me they could not complete my rental the next morning just before I go to pick it up leaving me scrambling for another option. Be careful renting online with them.
