  Rented a car online for the next day for a trip to Raleigh, only for them to call and tell me they could not complete my rental the next morning just before I go to pick it up leaving me scrambling for another option. Be careful renting online with them.

  Alex was the very best person that I have ever dealt with at Enterprise. Clean car, no smoking and so accommodating with my pickup and drop off schedule and extension. Great experience!

  A negative amount of stars would be given if possible. I have not had a single decent experience here and rather than being treated with the respect owed to customers, I have instead been treated unfairly. My most recent reservation was not as severe as the last one that got cancelled last minute (my father’s funeral), but even still I am extremely disappointed by the continuous inability to satisfy a customer. I have spoken with Enterprise customer services at least 10 times since October of 2025 when I had my first complaint. Every time they “escalate the case” and tell me a manger from this branch will reach out. Here it is April of 2026 and nobody has ever contacted me regarding the originally 1 but now 3 formal complaints against this establishment. When I asked an enterprise associate of the formal ways to file complaints - in hopes that there would be an option more readily available to help clients - but was instead met with distasteful responses. I was told that “you will never be satisfied so you won’t be renting with us.” When I asked for clarification on why my reservation would be cancelled for me asking about the formal complaint process he said it was “because I’m a manager and I have the power to do so.” I urge everyone to strongly reconsider ever giving such a place like this a dime of your money. Any representative that declines to serve you because of your disappointment surely cares nothing about the customer. Good luck to anyone else that will surely deal with last minute cancellations and rude service in the future. Had that associate not spoken to me so disgustingly and the customer service representatives actually taken the time to care about my complaints then I would not be making this review now.

  Worst customer service ever!!! Had a reservation with the Cullowhee Enterprise to drive to a funeral tomorrow. I get a phone call from them this morning at 7:52am saying they are sold out and do not have a car for me. I asked the representative what can be done about this. He said, there's nothing I can do, call somewhere else. He also said, I'm just filling in today it's not my fault. What kind of service is this? I have a confirmed reservation and the best you can do is tell me to call somewhere else?

  Made a reservation, then was called by someone else at the location and told my reservation has been canceled. It wasnt canceled by me. They just decided to cancel my reservation. Called corporate number to get clarification as no one answered the phone at the location, Told not sure why they did that, took my information and told someone will get back to you. 24 hours no return called. Called corporate number again, they tell me oh i see they have cars available and made another reservation for me, also said someone would be getting back to me. Again 24 hours later and no return phone call. Showed up on time, and was told they had no cars available. What’s the point of taking reservations if you don’t actually have vehicles when customers arrive? There was no proactive communication, no warning ahead of time, and no real attempt to fix the situation—just “we’re out of cars.” This is the second time in 2 weeks this has happened with this location. Wasted a significant amount of time. If you’re traveling on a schedule, avoid this place. A rental car company that can’t guarantee a car is not reliable. Follow up. They send you a an automated response with a web link to contact them only to get on a chat with someone else and be told someone will get back you. What BS customer service and business model. Avoid issues and just Stay away from doing business with this agency.
