  I received excellent service from the moment I pulled into the lot all the way until I departed. Store manager Joseph was really kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. The staff was courteous, attentive, and efficient too! I will be returning to this store for future service. 10 out of 10!

  Clear communication, friendly staff, and quick service. Talked to the manager on duty, Bailey, and he was extremely nice and professional. Understood I was in a hurry with kids in car seats and made my experience quick and easy. HIGHLY satisfied!

  The site manager greeted me in the queue and filled the fluids while I waited in line. This was very efficient. The team was quick, answered my questions, and we're all very friendly and welcoming. Best Valvoline experience yet!

  It has to have been the worst service that I ever had. I sat in the lot for over five minutes while one of the workers talked to his friend in car in front of me making no attempt to ask me what I wanted. I told him I needed an inspection and he directed me to a bay. The car in the bay must’ve been there a good 20 minutes before I could pull in. One guy was working, why the other 4 just stood around. When I finally drove in and told him I needed an inspection and they said that they had to drive in. Which I knew and I had told the initial person that I needed an inspection. Then I was directed to the office where I set for another 10 minutes while I watched them all just kinda hang around and talk and play on their phones and finally one comes in and says the inspection machine doesn’t work can you come back tomorrow which was an unequivocal no it wasn’t bad enough that I had to wait. The weight was exasperated by the fact that they were just talking amongst each other. Nobody was really working or even trying to give Service. II’m done with Valvoline, I’m now sitting at the Jiffy Lube, which somebody addressed me as soon as I pulled in and Gave me a time estimate and was extremely courteous, which didn’t happen at the Valvoline.

  The PROFESSIONAL and OUTSTANDING service I received today at Valvoline in Cornelius was the BEST !! From Kay who started the servicing before I entered the bay (with a smile, kindness answering all of my questions) to Bailey the Assistant Manager taking on the rest of the proceedings and his crew topside, Tyronie ,below Magnus , were absolutely GREAT !!! Ending with the JOYFUL Manager Joseph who assisted with the tech part of my car to finish !! Love the BEST SERVICE you all provided today !! See you next time !! Sincerely, ONE HAPPY CUSTOMER !!!
