  Horrible service , took my car here on Monday for an inspection oil change and tire rotation. As car was being serviced they damaged a part and were attempting to fix it . Nobody informed me until about an hour later when I asked why no one was working on my car. The young man from Missouri told me they broke a part and were trying to fix it. I went to lunch and came back I was informed that there was good news bad news and ok news. Guy tells me bad news is the part is broken good news is they orordered a new one and ok news was they would fix it so I could drive it home and return when part came in. I told them that since part was coming in Wednesday to hold it and repair it I’ll pick up when completed Wednesday. Guys said that everything was already done but the oil change and that the tire rotation was on them and that he’s sure I would get other discount too got being put out. I returned on Wednesday to pick up car and was told it wasn’t ready as part was in Moorseville and manager had went to hospital. I said ok I’ll comeback tomorrow afternoon to get it. I was ok with this and left. Well I returned today to get the car and was totally put off by the so called assistant managers attitude. To this point I was fine with everything and their admitting there mistake and taking accountability, but this guy gave me a bad feeling he rang me up and I said the other guy told me the wheel alignment would be free he said no one told him and that the manger called and spoke to Me today, I said I got no call from anyone he said how would you know to come in to get the car. I told him I let them know yesterday that I would be back today to see. I did not care for this guys tone I asked for the manager and was told he was on lunch, I said ok I’ll pay for this but there better be no issues with what you did. I told i would no longer be a customer of theirs up to this moment I would have been but this guy is no way to represent a business. I was inconvenienced for 4 days and I worked with you and your giving me an attitude. Do you self a favor and go elsewhere.

  I've been to this location several times and the service has been great every time. Today was no exception but I want to give a special shout out to Bailey for his exceptional customer service! He was so kind and offered me additional services without the pushiness, much appreciated. The team here deserves their kudos, they had me in and out for my oil change!

  The workers at this location are much better than another one I've been too. Courteous, quick and convenient. Only one car ahead of me when I pulled in. Having a discount off the website helped with the cost. I will return again next time.

  I took my car here for a state inspection, and they failed it because of the windshield wiper blades. Afterward, I cleaned my windshield and tested the wipers, and they worked with no problem. I ended up taking the car to a different inspection station, where it passed the inspection without any issues. Based on my experience, it felt like they were more interested in trying to upsell me on new wiper blades than simply performing the inspection. I was disappointed that I had to waste additional time going somewhere else for an inspection that my car passed without a problem. I would not return here for another state inspection.
