Absolutely terrible customer service. I had a 1 PM appointment and was told my tires were in stock. I arrived early, only to find out the tires were actually at another location and supposedly on the way. I was told the job would take about an hour, so I returned at 2 PM, only to find out the tires still hadn’t arrived and nobody could tell me how much longer I’d have to wait.
They completely disregarded my time and failed to communicate properly. Customer service is trash, and I would not recommend doing business with this company.

I have been very pleased since I started using this location for my auto needs. During my three visits, I have bought tires, gotten new brakes, and received an oil change at this location. The staff has been very helpful and the tire prices are budget friendly. I didn’t feel like I was being forced to spend more money with made up issues, like I have dealt with at other auto shops. I will continue to recommend Mavis in Cornelius!

A good experience. Unremarkable. The problem is that my four wheels now appear to have been put through a grinder. Apparently, low profile tires require/demand more skill, better equipment and knowledge. A neighbor (Walmart store manager) mentioned that Walmart Auto Centers flat refuse to mount low profile tires. The explanation I received was that I have been driving along curbs and I caused the damage to all four of my wheels. The accurate facts are that I don’t remember the last time I parked at a curb. I am in the suburbs and shopping center parking is standard. No curbs! So the first attempt to blame me failed.

I had to come in same day without calling ahead because of a last minute emergency. Peggy and Jared were able to take care of my issue same day! Jared kept me updated through out the process and Peggy stayed a little after closing so I could get my car before the next day. They’re the best!
