    Recently used this location during an insurance claim. I used this same place about 2-3 years ago but nothing sticks out about the experience then. Interacted with the staff multiple times in March and each time Ashton was there to help. I will say he is the nicest person, with such a warm personality, great memory and service minded. He helped me ahead of time to ensure I had a rental that would work for what I needed, helped me day of and helped me later when the key fob batteries started going dead. He also remember our conversations each time. I interacted with several other people but no idea of their name or if they gave it. Ashton truly was an example of gold standard, I hope his leadership knows that! I would totally come back from my experience.

    Excellent attention to my needs for a medium sized car . It was washed before I drove it and clean inside. Wait time was minimum and paperwork was done by phone before I arrived. Very professional staff greeted me as soon as I arrived with minimum wait time. Thank you Enterprise

    I was involved in an automobile accident and needed a car immediately. I had only few choices at the time so I took it. Next day after I made my claim, Hamilton, Manager, helped me get my discount through my insurance company. I had to pay out of pocket so Hamilton made extra effort to get my claim number and offer a discounted rate. So thankful for the staff in Cornelius. Everyone there has been so amazing. Thanks Cornelius staff You all have been great. I will give them all a 5 star review
