  Tyler F. And his crew saved Independence Day Weekend for my family. After our second flat tire ever and also of the day. Tyler and his crew were able to get a new tire mounted, help get our spare off the camper and get us back on the rode extremely fast. Keep up the good work

  If I could give it a 1 star I would. Tyler the new guy? or is He the acting manager is so nasty, disrespectful, and lacks customer service. We purchased 8 brand new tires from this location, for two cars. The sales department confirmed it came with a warranty; however, we still had a blow out with in the first 3 months of having the new tires. When calling in to discuss what happened and our account, Tyler directly said, “I’m Not Giving You a Free tire.” Well, no one asked for a free tire, and what does the warranty cover? It turns out, the sales team only confirms manufacturers warranty which was not explained, and you would have to buy Mavis Extended warranty which was never offered to us. We have to get another tire regardless so we understood that. It was the hidden things they don't share and the poor customer Service from this individual. Maintain your peace and choose somewhere else. Word to the wise… Not this location regardless.

  As a walk-in, definitely impeccable service; and even on a time crunch, Tyler’s team was able to get me in-and-out within a reasonable time. Super efficient and informative. They are realistic and honest with you, especially if you’re not even sure on what exactly you need for your vehicle, as well as future services you may need. Not only is their patience welcoming, I was never afraid to ask a question. I didn’t ask many because they answered them all. Even their customer service is amazing. Robert offered to turn down their thermostat because I was cold in their waiting area. Super accommodating. Come to this store, they’re worth it. And they’re kind.

  While traveling on the interstate, my left rear tire picked up a piece of metal and was going flat. I called Mavis Tire, got directions, and upon arrival at the store, Tyler F. greeted me and addressed my situation. I did not have to wait too long to have the tire checked, and Tyler explained my options. The tire was patched, the other three were checked for any problems, and I was out the door in a very reasonable time. At all times, Tyler made sure I was comfortable and anxiety-free. I cannot adequately express my extreme satisfaction with this young man, and I sincerely feel Mavis Tire is very lucky to have such a well-mannered, respectful, efficient, professional on their team. I would be happy to recommend this store and especially Tyler. Thank you!

  I was on the way to a job on 40 one day and my valvestem cracked. Limping into the shop, he told me where to pull, had it done in about 20 minutes. Then when I went to pay the guy in charge was like don't worry about it. If you want to tip the guy who put it on, that's on you. Just thought that was super nice of him. Also I watched the crap out of him and had nothing to say about what he was doing.
