  “Fast, professional, and transparent service. The staff explained everything clearly without pushing unnecessary add-ons. Oil change was completed quickly, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. My car is running smooth after the service. Definitely one of the better experiences I’ve had for routine maintenance.”

  Each gentleman was informative and displayed honestly about my vehicle. As a female you get nervous about "car shops" being honest about about what is or isn't necessary during a visit. Thank you to them!

  While I appreciate the turn away due to an oil leak some of the guys there were super unprofessional. Questioning a customer why they purchased a certain vechicle and then to go on an say that it was a bad purchase. You have to watch what you say to people. Definetly won't be back and wouldn't recommend.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fast, professional, and honestly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. The team at Valvoline had me in and out in about 15 minutes just like they promised. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy about extra services. They explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. It’s hard to find places that still care about customer experience, but this team definitely does. Highly recommend if you want quick service done right the first time!

  Valvoline Instant Oil Change is pretty solid. Valvoline Instant Oil Change promises “instant,” and like most things in life, that’s… optimistic. But in fairness, it is usually quick, and definitely more efficient than the average “we’ll be right with you” experience. The staff has always been friendly, and after probably 5–10 oil changes over the last few years, I can say it’s been consistently reliable. I drive a lot, so I’m in there more than I probably should be. It’s not the cheapest option out there—if you hunt for coupons or shop around you can probably beat the price—but you’re paying for convenience, and it does deliver on that.
