  Griffin and Briwon both provided excellent customer service. Griffin took his time to explain the different wash options and made sure to answer any questions that I had. He was very patient and kind. Briwon was very kind and professional did a great job hosing my car down before the wash and guiding me into the track. They both made this a great experience.

  i have showed up twice and i have been told that the manager is late or they don’t have a key to open up it’s very disappointing they can’t even open up on time

  Griffin and Marcus were so helpful today. The machine was giving me a hard time and they came and helped me super fast and had me on my way. Also made sure all the extra soap was washed off my vehicle 👌10/10

  Needed to get my car vacuumed, i came in for out of state with little ones and my car definitely needed cleaned. Payton was super helpful and kind!

  It seems like this location is always having some type of issue. One night we came at 6 pm. They were closed for no reason. Only thing they told us is they were closing early. The sun was out. Beautiful day. Today we decided to go through it again and today they’re closed for maintenance . I could go to the one in concord mills blvd but that’s an extra 30 min travel. This location needs help. When they are open they never have anyone to spray the cars down before entering the wash. Just numerous issues always happening at this location.
