  I was very disappointed when my windshield was replaced and on my drive home I could hear and feel the wind coming in on the passengers side of the windshield.

  While replacing the windshield in my 4Runner, the technician JoseAli dropped and broke the new windshield and had to reschedule. I understand accidents happen, but what he didn’t tell me is that he broke my antenna and failed to replace pieces of my dash!! I’ve tried to reach out to the company with no success!! Also, there was an extra charge after he rescheduled as if I was the one who requested it!!

  I gave this a two because we have used Safelite service two other times here at our house. I was totally satisfied with those installs. I have two different next door neighbors that had this done at home as well with no problems in the last couple of years. So I know they can come to our rural area. This time we mad an appointment for them to come to the house it was all go even with a text message the night before they would be coming. The morning of the appointment they sent a message that they would not be able to send a technician out and we needed to call them or go online and reschedule. We rescheduled with them and it was just a day or so over a week before our appointment to come to the house. The appointment day came they were supposed to be there between 8-12. Never heard from them that day till about 12:20. Said again they could not send someone to the house. But they could do it at the shop about an hour away if we got there by 2:30. So my husband said yes. Gave us no explanation or a discount and I don't think we even got an I am sorry you had to come to us. I am not sure I stayed outside and let my husband handle it. We did get there by 2:30 and they did get it in right away. They should have given us a discount for having to come to them, not just the cheaper shop price for coming in rather than coming out to the field, they could have at least offered us free wiper blades or something. Like I said before never had problems with them before. Everybody was fine polite quick and out the door it was done.

  We are extremely pleased with the service we received from Safelite on our recent windshield replacement. Setting up the appointment was simple. We received an appointment in a timely manner. Technician was punctual. Job was completed flawlessly.

  First off had I read the reviews and know it was like this I would have taken my car elsewhere. If I could give 0 stars I would. Took my car 2025 ES 350 by the shop in Concord on 7-31-26. Dropped off in the morning and let the lady up front know about several items installed on the front windshield. Hardwired Radar Detector, Dash Cam and a Fast Pass. She asked me to remove the dash cam, which I did. When I went to pick it up at about 4:30 there were multiple issues. When I got in the car, I noticed a 1) grease stain on the front Passenger seat. Went in and let lady up front know. She sent the tech out with me when I noticed a big scratch on the front passenger fender. Tech said he would look at previous photos and have the manager call me Saturday. Also the tech said he was doing me a favor by cleaning the seat as they use seat covers.. What???? When I left I the 2) radar detector would not come on. I went back in to let them know and the girl up front was very rude and stated I never told her about the items that morning and kept talking over me like she was right and did not want to hear what I had to say. Very unprofessional and in serious need of customer service training!!! #3 the Fast Pass was in the cup holder. When I got home after looking the car over I found several more issues: 4)-Glue smeared on bottom of windshield 5)-Molding around windshield not flush 6)-Used Aftermarket glass (which I will address with Ins co as they agreed to OEM glass) On 8-1 I tried calling the shop around 11:00 could not get through to a person. Ended upcalling the 800 #. The lady I spoke to said she would send all of this to the local manager and would have him call today. As of 2:35 no phone call yet. Do NOT go to this Shop. Stay away!!!!
