  In terms of payment, I swear Tony Soprano is more reasonable at collecting a debt. So on the phone I was told I can do a 4 payment bi monthly plan, sounds good. Than when they complete the service they drop the news that I was supposed to have set that up before I came in. Than when they call back a few days later they give me a link to use Afterpay and set up a payment plan just so it could get denied. It is total crap and they are completely rude and unreasonable.

  Great place and team! Had two rock chips in the same month, and both times I was scheduled and fixed same day. Great pricing and was in and out within an hour.

  First appointment no call no show, second appointment tech called unable to make it truck broke down, third appointment glass scratched, fourth appointment called to ate said he could do the glass but not the safeties I would have to sign a release then go to the shop at a later date. I refused and said I reschedule for when it can be done completely. He called back said his boss told him he's got to do tonight. I again refused and said his boss can call me, better yet give me his number. He did not sendi believe he thought he would get in trouble. I'm going to try one more time.

  This was a wonderful branch with a hard working team that valued the customer. Now you can't get anyone on the phone, regardless of the number you call. Safelite as a company has the absolute worst phone bot ever. I was disconnected repeatedly. I finally spoke with a kind man in customer service who attempted to help me with my issues but now Safelite says there is no warranty on the glass we had replaced. This part is frustrating, but the worst is after many years being a customer, they just don't value us anymore. We have taken our business elsewhere and suggest that you do the same. It may save you some money but even better, some frustration.

  Avoid this location if you rely on your vehicle for your job or family schedule. We dropped off our vehicle before 9:30 AM for an all-day windshield replacement and calibration. Despite being told we would receive status updates, Safelite initiated zero communication all day. Store Manager Alex later admitted on-site that they did not even begin working on our car until 2:00 PM. At 5:00 PM—the exact minute they closed—the shop texted and called to state our vehicle was being locked away overnight. Because my wife was left without her car, I was forced to use my work commuter vehicle to handle our daughter's school drop-off the following morning, causing me to miss my 7:00 AM work shift and lose hours of wages. When we retrieved the car the next morning, the front-desk staff offered zero accountability, dismissively claiming "it's public knowledge that we close at five" and asserting "we contact you when we're done". When I pressed for an explanation, Store Manager Alex deflected blame ("that's not on us") and repeatedly tried to force me out of the showroom ("I prefer to go outside. I have customers here") to prevent other patrons from hearing legitimate criticism. After initially stating he would not release our keys without payment, he abandoned his own requirement, handed over the keys, and dismissed us without collecting payment just to get me out of the building. Unacceptable scheduling delays, non-existent communication, and management that cares more about optics than customer service. Take your vehicle to an independent glass shop instead. EDIT: It turns out they used the WRONG GLASS. So I'm being forced to deal with them again.
