- DHD HamiltonMay 11, 20261.0Tiara is the rude clerks name at least that the manager kershna said her name was. It’s Monday night @9:45. The young lady tiara was extremely rude over a price check stating she don’t check prices or pay attention to them because she is doing other stuff and starts slamming my merchandise on the counter asking me if I want it or not! Excuse miss if you don’t want your job don’t come to work!!!!!!! I can’t check the dam price MYSELF so I asked her who is clearly wearing a red QT shirt not knowing your position but your ringing up customers and need to be fired with that nasty poor customer service of an attitude and poor Kershna the manager to have to deal with and employee like you. I always come to QT ALWAYS but I’ll go to circle k directly across the street from now on!

They were the biggest reason I’d come into this store. You could tell when either of them would work because the store would be clean and the staff looked like they enjoyed their job. The store manager here Justin always looks mad about something. Everyone doesn’t seem to know what they’re doing. The store is no where near as clean. Customer service is terrible now. Leah was always so nice and helpful. She cares about her customers. Edwin was the same way and the two of them together were a fantastic team. I hope they see the damage thats been created by not having the right people at this store. It’s the employees that make the experience and make people want to come back. Anyone can ring someone out and make a sandwich. It’s very hard to find great customer service these days.
