After picking up a nail in my tire, I stopped by to see if they could provide a plug and patch. Robert was able to get me into an appointment on short notice. Thank you Robert!
During the repair service, they noticed another nail in my tire and were able to correct that as well.
All of the staff was friendly, and Robert was able to get me budgetary estimates for brakes and tires. The prices were competitive compared to other service providers in the area.

Fantastic service and on top of that, they are so friendly I enjoyed just standing out front with them just chatting about whatever crossed our mind. The guy making the repair asked if I wanted to take a look inside my tire because it happed to be covered with sponges for sound suppression which really surprised me. Everything was done so fast I was sad it over so quickly because I pulled in on a whim when I saw the Mavis sign because I had a flat over weekend and was driving on a donut. So glad I did.

My husband and I were passing through Charlotte when we realized we had a giant screw stuck in our tire. We stopped at this Mavis to try to get it patched just so we could make it home. They worked us in quickly and were able to repair the tire. Robert was excellent and incredibly friendly! We’re so glad they were able to help us on a Sunday afternoon.

My tire light was on Sunday afternoon. I checked and found a nail in the rear passenger tire. It was near closing time when I called and spoke to Ken. He told me to come on in and they would take a look. I am so grateful that the tire was able to be patched and they took care of it on the spot. Thanks so much Ken and your mechanic for turning my emergency into only a minor inconvenience.
