When my TPMS indicated a low tire pressure issue, I found an embedded nail in one tire and immediately searched for tire repair facilities near my location. Mavis Tire showed up as an option and I stopped in to see what they could do.
Unfortunately, the puncture was on the transition between tread and sidewall, so repair was not an option. Fortunately, they had a tire in the correct size and got me back on the road in a reasonable amount of time. Kudos to manager Ken and his staff for helping me out. They gained a new customer as I'm currently moving to the area.

The people that work here are amazing. Service is honest and straight forward, the manager is very nice and is informative and the mechanics are very knowledgeable and honest. I brought both of my cars here for wheel balancing, and alignment. I threw them curveballs of jobs but they still managed to do the best they could, and both my cars after the fact drove smoother and straighter than before they came in. I’d recommend this location to everybody I could. They define what good customer service should be and I will continue to bring my vehicles here from now on.

This was my second time visiting Mavis Tires in Concord, and once again, I had a great experience! The service was incredibly quick and professional.
The last time I came in, they didn’t charge me for a tire rotation, and today they did the same. Ken was especially wonderful and took the time to explain that Mavis doesn’t charge for tire rotations, whether you purchased your tires from them or not. That kind of honesty and customer service really stands out.
Ken was very friendly, helpful, and professional, and the whole process was so quick and easy. It’s refreshing to find a tire shop that genuinely takes care of its customers.
Thank you to Ken and the entire Mavis Tires team in Concord! I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend them. Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I went to Mavis Tire to have a valve stem replaced and was impressed that they were open past usual business hours on Thursdays which was a life saver with my situation. The team very promptly and professionally implemented the repair that I needed. It is very rare to receive excellent (or any) service from businesses and I was very blessed to have received it here at Mavis. Thank you again, team!

This is my first time at this Mavis location, and I most likely won’t go anywhere else again. I called Monday morning with tire issues, and needed a new front tire as well. Mavis got me in same day (within 2 hours of my phone call), had the 4 tires I ordered delivered to the location, and the repairs started almost immediately after check-in. The discounted pricing was what was discussed on the phone (no surprises), and all of my needs and wants were met. Best part is, they told me it would only be an hour wait!!! Very happy with this location from Lacie and the team here at Mavis Concord, and highly recommend!
