  Here's a polished review you can post: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at Mavis Tires. Chris and Brandy were professional, kind, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. They took good care of me, explained everything clearly, and made sure my service was completed efficiently. Their excellent customer service made the entire experience stress-free. Thank you, Chris and Brandy, for going above and beyond. I highly recommend Mavis Tires!

  My angel - Brandy!!! The Concord location is lucky to have such a gifted and knowledgeable automotive tech/store manager Brandy. After having a poor experience with a mobile mechanic AND poor service from the Davis Lake location, I found Brandy at the Concord location. She took the time to assess, price, drive and deliver white glove service for my vehicle. Going back and cleaning up the mess from the Davis Lake location (Kevin). She made sure that my issue was heard and address completely. It did not take 4 trips like the Davis Lake location. One trip and care resolved this and made me feel like a valued customer. Brandy NEEDS to be in charge of the Davis Lake location to reshape and restructure that store.

  My experience with Mavis was nothing but frustrating. My husband set up an appointment to get 2 tires changed. At the door, instantly antogonized and judged on why we weren't doing all 4. They may have thought they had great sales skills, but it was the opposite, made me want to leave instantly. In this economy be glad we even chose your place instead of just buying my own tires when we have tools at home. First red flag. It took about an hour and a half to change the tires, cool. When we went to go get our keys back, the person at the front desk was speaking about how they've been slow and are looking for more business, and how they can fix the car up little by little if we want. Second red flag. We start driving the car, now the steering wheel is TIGHT for some odd reason, I don't know why. The car keeps swaying left and right and the tires we got changed were low on air. I've never had this problem with any other tire shops even when I changed out only 2 tires, my car has never swayed to this extent and the tires were always at the correct pressure. I understand why they're low on service now, but to me it seemed like they were trying to make some more service off of me by giving me issues that weren't there prior. If I ask for tires, only touch my tires. Shameful

  I booked an early weekday appointment hoping to get my car serviced before moving 500+ miles away, and Ty was extremely accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable! I felt safe entrusting my car to the technicians at this location with her guidance on the work it would need to make the trip safely. Furthermore, while I waited for my car, I noticed Ty's exceptional professionalism in her customer service both on the phone and with other clients in store. She's an absolute gem, and if I weren't moving away, I'd return to this location for future appointments!

  This location specifically was very helpful! Me and my wife had a tire issue and the supervisor at Mavis helped us out tremendously! He offered his services to us when he didn’t have to! It was a blessing in disguise! This man really looked out! I pray that him and the workers at this location continue to thrive with business and continue to help others in need! I strongly recommend to anyone having tire or car issue in general, to come to this location to get your vehicle working the right way! You will be in good hands!
