Back in 2020, I purchased tires with a lifetime balancing package from a Tire Kingdom in Florida. I recently visited Mavis Tire to see if that agreement could be honored locally, and the experience exceeded my expectations. Chris and Dale took a look at my original receipt and honored the agreement without any hassle. They were absolute gentlemen, handled the service efficiently, and saved me the effort of trying to resolve the issue elsewhere. Outstanding customer service like this is hard to come by. Thanks to Chris and Dale, I will definitely be returning to the Concord Mills location for my future tire needs and recommending this shop to others.
