I had a great experience at Mavis Tire. I completed my order online and made an appointment for the next day. I dropped the car off early and had it back before closing. Fair pricing and everyone was very nice. Ty kept me in the loop as work proceeded and explained everything that was done. I will definitely return for future work.

Had a great experience here getting new tires and shocks installed. Was able to drop my car off in the morning and I was ready by the time I got off work. Ty was very nice and informative at the counter and over the phone. Prices were all outlined clearly as well. We will definitely be back in the future!

The low tire pressure warning light for my passenger side rear tire came on as I was leaving Concord Mills Mall. There’s been construction work in my neighborhood for a couple of weeks. I immediately thought I might have run over a nail so I pulled into the Mavis Store @ 8590 Concord Mills Blvd. Dale got the car into a service bay right away and the tech found a screw in the tire. Fortunately the tire could be patched, which was expertly done in less than 30 minutes. Dale and his coworkers were very professional, personable, and polite, in addition to getting the work done very quickly at a very reasonable price. I will go back to Dale’s store if I need tires or repairs and I will highly recommend Dale and Mavis to family and friends. Thank you!

Great experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes. I came in because one of my rear tires was leaking air and the tread was already worn down to the point where the cords were showing. They checked my other tires as well and let me know that the passenger side tire was also showing cords and would most likely start leaking soon. I really appreciated them taking the time to point that out instead of just fixing the tire I came in for. I ended up getting two new tires, and the whole process was quick and easy. The staff was helpful, professional, and made sure I understood what was going on. Definitely recommend them and will be coming back when I need anything else!

I decided to try a different Mavis location after not having the best experience at another one, and I’m so glad I did! Ty and Dale took care of me from the moment I walked in. They were friendly, quick, and made sure to actually educate me on what I needed. I used the online tool beforehand and entered my vehicle information, but it selected the wrong tire size. So definitely make sure you enter your actual tire size for the most accurate information…I know, I’m just a girl 😅😂. Ty and Dale caught the issue, explained everything to me, and were completely transparent throughout the process. Overall, great customer service, quick service, and such a much better experience. I highly recommend the Mavis near Concord Mills!
