Very helpful staff!!
I stopped by after having a blowout yesterday (Saturday) and had to get a used tire to hold until I could get new one on Monday. They put the air in and the staff took the time to help find the main issue of why I was losing air. I appreciate their help and professionalism. I would recommend any day. Thank you guys!!

THE BEST MAVIS IN NC!!! On 6/17/26, I had my vehicle serviced here and it was an excellent experience. At this particular location, they are honest and do honest work. They don't apply pressure- they provide service, detailed and relevant info, and clear advisement. I really appreciate the entire staff who worked that day between 12pm and 2pm for the knowledge, suggestions, and overall customer care. I'll see you guys again soon!

The manager, Frankie was very nice. He called and informed me of recommendations of service on my car. He didn’t push any services on me and was willing to work with me to get to a manageable price. I did end up needing to spend a touch more than expected but I could tell that he had my best interest at heart. He and his staff were kind and wonderful to work with.

Already ridiculous on the prices 30 dollars to mount a tire, 30 to balance a tire and 30 to rotate the new tire to the rear? isn't company policy when replacing two tires they go to the rear? why am I being charged to rotate them? Because I bought them online and brought them for you to mount them. 90 dollars for two tire mount and balance and rotation is ridiculously over charging customers. Will without a doubt be the last time I ever go to any Mavis. It's one of the reasons I left tire kingdom in 2023. Mavis took over and destroyed clientele. I should have known better than to trust a shady company.
Update:
My issue was handled in the store. I requested to see the bill before I paid. I was not charged the rotation. I retrac that statement, the way it was presented originally was its 30 a tire. and the bill came to 93 and change. upon looking at it I seen the rotate was free. however the 11.99 charge for ther service tpms packs were on there. I watched the Technician the whole time. I then asked her to ask him if he really did change them and to present me with the empty tpms packs just to verify. She went and talked to him and said he did. no service packs were presented. That was a lie. I watched him and he didn't change either one of them. If so, then there would be no brake dust on a new kit. She did remove the charges anyways because she wanted to make me happy. (basically cover for tech.) I told her I am not upset and if he really did I would have paid for them. I ended up paying 60 dollars versus the 90 dollars. Tech did a god job outside of tpms issue. The counter lady Ty did still take care of me outside of the lie she told to cover for the Technician. I will rerate to to higher stars for this location. Still, I think raiseing prices because I didn't purchase them through you is sad. and I will remove the pricing part from my review as that is a personal bias. But instead of charging higher prices because its outside purchase is a reason why I won't return. I would have been willing to get an alignment and possibly other work done. but, if a company wants to charge more because you didn't get tires from them, then why would i go to Someone who is going overcharge me because they want me to pay a higher price as a punishment for not getting them directly through them. More to think about when trying to retain customers for future purchases.

I have had 2 instances at this Mavis where they attempt to oversell or overcharge for something unnecessarily. First time I came in for 2 tires, was quoted nearly 400$. Informed them I had another quote and would not be paying that and with a few quick key strokes he miraculously was able to get it down to 220$.
This next time I went in for an inspection and alignment. I could tell they wanted to sell wiper blades immediately because the service manager asked right away when they were changed and informed me if they streak at all I would fail inspection. After about an hour of waiting a worker came in to inform me my vehicle failed inspection for wipers and tried selling me blades- I had replaced the wipers within the last 5 months and have not driven the vehicle in 3 months- they are basically new. I now have to go somewhere else to get my vehicle passed just because someone wanted to sell wiper blades- pathetic.
If you wish to be overcharged for unnecessary items, check these guys out. Otherwise go anywhere else.
