  Rob was amazing. From helping me reschedule an appointment (twice), to taking me in when it became an emergency, his customer service was fantastic. He is a huge asset to this company and I appreciate all of his help. I would not hesitate to return.

  They worked on my father’s car earlier than his scheduled appointment. The service was completed very quickly. Ty, as well as, the gentleman I interacted with were both very professional and courteous.

  Rob was super helpful and knowledgeable which helped me make the right choice for my vehicle. He didn’t try to upsell and walked me through the pros and cons of repairing versus buying new tires. Although I was not expecting to buy new tires, I feel comfortable with my purchase.

  I went to at least 6 different tire places today and could not get serviced. I stopped into Mavis and Ty immediately helped me out. I running behind for a graduation and Ty got me in and out. Awesome customer service!! Thank you again!

  I had a flat tire about a week ago, stuck on the highway. I had planned to take my car to another store but decided to contact stores closest to where I was stranded. Mavis tires and brakes was my closest option. I spoke with staff over the phone, provide details of needed service and my car was towed to the shop. Everyone was so helpful, and I am truly grateful for the service they provided. Thanks to all. P.S. I plan to go back in the near future!!!!!!
