- JJJosh (Big Josh)Sep 25, 20265.0Mavis took the time to work on my vehicle and give it what it needed. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and you get to work directly with the people in charge like James the assistant manager.
- SHShanna HarrisSep 24, 20265.0Rob and his staff were extremely helpful today with getting my car serviced. I was able to easily get my oil changed and also replaced both rear tires in no time and at a realistic affordable price!!!
- JJJourdan e JohnsonSep 19, 20265.0I am so greatful beyond words for AJ and Jabari and all the guys at the mavis tires and brakes! I didn’t know what I was going to do about the cover for my car dragging underneath. Before I even could step foot in the shop he had me pull in and fixed it free of charge. I am more than greatful and feeling beyond blessed for this experience. He turned a truly frustrating situation into a better one!
- MMMac MSep 18, 20265.0I had gotten a flat tire 2 days ago but needed to replace all four of my tires anyways. I didn’t realize I chose the wrong sized tires when I ordered them on Mavis’ website because my car came with custom tires that are bigger than the standard size. Rob at Mavis was very kind to inform me and to also find the custom size for my car, and he even kept the tires at the same price as the standard ones! So he helped me save around $180!! I will definitely return in the future if i need any more services. thank you so much guys! and thank you Rob!!
- LLlbsean35Sep 9, 20265.0This is our first time coming to Mavis. My mother ran over a nail and pulled into the lot just as they were locking the doors. They easily could have said, “sorry we are closed”. They graciously accepted her vehicle, fixed the flat and had her back on the road in 20 minutes. Big thank you to Jabahri and James for going the extra mile and proving that great customer service is still out there and definitely alive and well at this Mavis location.
