If I could give this location zero stars, I would.
I was involved in a car accident where the other driver was at fault, and their insurance company, State Farm, instructed me to drop my vehicle off at this location. I genuinely wish they had sent me somewhere else.
When I arrived, there appeared to be confusion about my reservation. I was simply trying to explain why I was there and that I was dropping off my keys, but before I could finish speaking, the GENERAL MANAGER, AMANDA WILSON, stood behind the glass in her back office shaking her head and rolling her eyes at me. She then interrupted me instead of allowing me to explain the situation.
From the moment she became involved, her demeanor was aggressive, argumentative, and incredibly disrespectful. Rather than listening or trying to understand why there was confusion about my reservation, she repeatedly talked over me, raised her voice, and argued with me about dropping my vehicle off after hours and where I had parked it inside the gate. I parked my vehicle inside the gated area because the gate had been left wide open after hours, so I genuinely believed that was where I was supposed to leave it. I was simply following the instructions provided by State Farm, so I was confused as to why I was being treated as though I had done something wrong instead of someone calmly explaining the proper procedure.
What was most disappointing was that at no point did she attempt to resolve the situation or offer any assistance. Instead of helping clarify the confusion or providing solutions, she dismissed my concerns, spoke to me in a condescending manner, and made it clear that helping me was not a priority. A situation that could have been resolved in just a few minutes turned into nearly an hour of unnecessary conflict because of her attitude and unwillingness to assist.
The experience left me so confused that I called my insurance company while I was still at the location. They confirmed that my reservation was assigned to this office. After the way I was treated, I asked them to transfer my reservation elsewhere because I no longer felt comfortable leaving my vehicle there. It was clear that my business was not welcome and I expressed that to Amanda Wilson.
I understand that businesses have policies and procedures that employees are expected to follow. However, there is a professional and respectful way to communicate with customers. Raising your voice, interrupting someone, rolling your eyes, talking over them, dismissing their concerns, and creating a hostile environment is unacceptable—especially from a General Manager. Leadership should set the standard for customer service, not create an experience that leaves customers feeling disrespected and unwelcome.
This was one of the most hostile and unprofessional customer service experiences I have ever had. I left feeling frustrated, embarrassed, completely unsupported during an already stressful situation, and genuinely traumatized by the way I was treated. After everything that had already happened with my accident, I was headed to a funeral and this interaction only added to the stress and emotional toll of the day. Based on my experience, I would NOT recommend this location.
